Fallout 4: Nuka-World ‘s DLC expansion is the latest in recent downloads from Bethesda. The game introduces tons of content which include unique weapons such as the Nuka-Nuke Launcher and jumpsuit. Cappy locations are already being discovered for the “Cappy In A Hay Stack” quest, but where is his friend Bottle? Hope he survived the safety video.
So if you’re looking to explore in this new DLC expansion, this quest can satisfy that urge.
This “Cappy In A Haystack” quest allows the Nuka-World wanderer to gain access to the unique Nuka-Nuke Launcher weapon and starts off with a visit to Sierra Petrovita who was also known for her appearance in Fallout 3 . She can be found just south of the Fizztop Grill.
It looks like you have to charm your way into making the quest available by enabling a trusting relationship via the selection in the exchange of dialogue. The following is a video via YouTube’s Camelworks channel so you may get a visual memorization of the Nuka-World theme park.
This is the point where she gives you some special Cappy glasses to find the hidden Cappys and interact with them. Below is a rundown of the locations.
10 Fallout 4: Nuka-World Cappy Locations
- The first one can be found southwest of Fizztop Grill nestled in a corner in between two buildings. You need to click on it to interact with it.
- The next location is at Galactic World and found just to the southwest of Starport Nuka as seen indicated on the map. You’ll arrive at a cylindrical building with a curved staircase. Go behind those stairs and on the left you discover the Cappy just next to the Employees Only sign.
- The next Galactic World spot is located in between Galactic Zone and RobCo Battlezone on the Fallout 4 global map. There’s a Space Walk sign and a corner full of garbage cans. He can be found on the wall.
- Another part of the Nuka-World park comes the Safari Adventure. The next location is behind some bushes at the entrance to the Primate House.
- The Safari Adventure continues as you take your vault dweller inside the hedge maze. It’s due northwest of the Primate House and therein lies an exposed stone wall at a dead end. There’s where you’ll find your next Cappy.
- Now take yourself to Kiddie Kingdom inside the Fallout 4: Nuka World Fun House. There’s a rotating green platform there. You’ll have to open all the red doors. One looks to be empty, but it will contain your next discovery.
- Continue through Nuka-World kiddie park and climb to the top of the Kiddie Kingdom tower. It’s mostly in shambles, but as you take the stairs you’ll come across the next Cappy location painted on an inside wall.
- Enter the World Of Refreshment. There is the quantum river at the entrance. From there, this takes some observation tactics as you look along the western-themed buildings at the main path. You’ll spot a cactus; go stand at it and look towards the building sides and viola, you’re eighth Nuka-World discovery!
- Next, head to Doc Phosphate’s Saloon. You will need to travel a bit southwest of this location to find a graveyard. Look around at the backside of the gravestones for an easy Cappy spotting.
- Fallout 4: Nuka-World ‘s final Cappy location is at Dry Rock Gulch. For this one you’ll need to speak to Sheriff Eagle to begin his “High Noon at the Gulch” quest. You’ll also need to find the three robots to complete the “Safe Combination Pieces” to open the Sheriff’s safe. You’ll then gain access to Mad Mulligan’s Mine and head to the waterfall cave. Look for a shack near the river’s flow. You’ll find the last Cappy code on the exterior walls.
Choose The Nuka-World Nuka-Nuke Launcher Or Jumpsuit
As the Fallout 4 “Cappy In A Haystack” quest is concluded, the next step is a few more hoops to jump through. Go ahead and return to Sierra to find out the corresponding letters discovered at each station spell out “REFRESHMENT.” You then enter this into the Cappy Keypad and go into Bradberton’s office.
First you’ll have to find a hidden button located to the right side of a Nuka-Cola machine. This can be found at the office’s top floor. Go ahead and press that button where you’ll find a hidden passageway to take an elevator back down.
As in Fallout 4 quests, there are times choices are inevitable. At the quest’s end you can either choose the side of Bradberton to obtain the Nuka-Nuke (Mini-Nuke Ammo Variant) and Nuka-Nuke Launcher.
If you side with Sierra, you can obtain the Nuka-World jumpsuit.
Now, you may think you can’t have them both, but you can!
This is where it becomes a typical Fallout 4 moral issue. Go ahead and side with Sierra and afterwards turn off the generator power. Doing so angers her and you’ll have to take her out. Only then can you acquire the two items.
So the Fallout 4: Nuka-World DLC fun factor allows you take a break from the dreaded dangers of the wasteland.
