About Author
As a child, Mahasweta had her nose deep in books and over the years, her love for literature has burned just as bright, growing tenfold. Today she assumes editorial roles as it indulges her love for words and storytelling.
Area of Interest
Having started her career as an academic researcher with a background in Literature, Political Science, and History, Mahasweta's research interests include material culture studies, post-war discourses, and gender and queer studies.
Education
Mahasweta has done her Master's from Ambedkar University, Delhi in English Literature, while her undergrad was a triple major in English, Political Science, and History from Christ University, Bangalore.
Previous Experiences
She is a senior sub-editor at Inquistir. In the past, she has held other editorial positions, serving as the editor-in-chief at a content marketing agency. She has also worked briefly at the Financial Express newspaper and interned at the National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS).
