Get ready for two nights of non-stop Bachelor in Paradise drama this week with the arrival of four new contestants, another emotional breakup, and the departure of seven contestants during the episodes that air on Monday, August 29, and Tuesday, August 30.
Week 5 is a pivotal week in Paradise with contestants scrambling to couple-up so they can continue on to next week’s season finale.
Who arrives in Paradise on Week 5, which couple ends their whirlwind relationship, who leaves the show mid-episode, and which contestants go home without a rose? Here’s what Bachelor in Paradise fans can expect this week, including a peek at Josh Murray’s meltdown (video below).

Before four new ladies (all from Ben Higgins’ season of the Bachelor ) arrive and the dates begin, Wells Adams will arrive in Paradise . The Nashville DJ didn’t find love on JoJo’s season of the Bachelorette , but he goes on three dates during Week 5 and is rumored to make it to the season finale.

Chris Harrison will also hold the Week 4 rose ceremony before the ladies arrive. Reality Steve’s spoilers indicate that three guys will be eliminated during the rose ceremony — Daniel Maguire, Ryan Beckett, and Carl King.
According to a previous report from the Inquisitr , Haley and Emily Ferguson will leave before the rose ceremony, but not until they warn Amanda about Josh . One look at the preview video above will clue fans in to how Josh reacts to all of the negative chatter.
Who arrives on Week 5, who goes on dates, and who goes home this week?
The new arrivals include Tiara Soleim, Lauren Himle, Jami Letain, and Shushanna Mkrtychyan, all from Ben’s season.
Ashley will go on a date with Wells when he arrives, but once the new girls set foot in Paradise , two of them (Shushanna and Jaime) will snag a date with him, much to Ashley’s disappointment. Lauren Himle will go on a date with Brett, and Nick and Jen will go on a date thanks to Tiara, who gives them her date card.
Caila Quinn is rumored to leave before the Week 5 rose ceremony, supposedly due to the drama in Paradise . However, Ashley Iaconetti tells Jared that Caila is fake, a sentiment that Carly Waddell seems to agree with, according to one of her recent tweets.
To be fair….it wasn’t just @ashleyiaco questioning how Caila felt about Jared. ALL OF US were #BachelorInParadise

Unfortunately for Jared, Caila’s departure is the end of his time on the show. Spoilers indicate that because she was the only girl he was interested in, he leaves before the rose ceremony.
Jared isn’t the only one who makes an exit before Chris Harrison hosts the second-to-last rose ceremony of the season — Reality Steve ‘s spoilers point to Izzy leaving mid-episode, and Shushanna makes her exit during the cocktail party “in a huff over the stupidity of the show.”
The rose ceremony may air on Tuesday, but it will more than likely carry over into next week’s two-night finale, once again leaving fans with a cliffhanger. Whether the Week 5 rose ceremony airs this week or next, here’s what to expect.
- Grant gives his rose to Lace
- Brett doesn’t give his rose to anyone and leaves Paradise
- Nick gives his rose to Jen
- Evan gives his rose to Carly
- Josh gives his rose to Amanda
- Wells gives his rose to Ashley
Jami Letain, Lauren Himle, and Tiara Soleim leave Paradise without a rose.
The final five couples — Nick and Jen, Evan and Carly, Wells and Ashley, Grant and Lace, and Josh and Amanda — will all appear on the season finale that airs on Tuesday, September 6.

According to a previous report from the Inquisitr , two couples will break up on the Bachelor in Paradise season finale and three will get engaged.
Expect to see all five of the final couples, or at least the ones who got engaged, on ABC’s live After Paradise talk show that airs after next Tuesday night’s finale.
