The video of a sprinkle faced toddler has gone viral. The dialogue between little John and his mommy has captured the interest of millions of viewers. Although the evidence is clearly present on the child’s adorable little face, John emphatically denies that he got into the sprinkles container and gorged on sweets.
John’s mommy caught him not long after he raided the sprinkles container and captured the entire denial on YouTube video . The three-year-old boy’s adult tone and grown-up sentences used during his sprinkles denial make the video even more hilarious.
Even when the mommy calls John into the kitchen to point out the sprinkles mess all over the counter, the little lad still denies putting a single candy into his mouth. After his mommy reminds him that “telling stories” or lying, is a bad thing to do, the toddler still denies grabbing a few sprinkles for a snack.
John remains committed to his story even after the mommy points out that sprinkles are still stuck to his face. The toddler touches his face on one the few spots around his mouth where sprinkles are not stuck, and uses that as proof he did not get into the cupcake topping container.
An excerpt from the little John sprinkles video description reads:
“After I filmed it we had a VERY long talk about the difference between telling the truth and not telling the truth. He has an amazing imagination and loves to tell us stories. I saw this as a sweet moment, something that every child goes through … where they try to push the boundaries to see how far they can go. And I thought I’d share it with my friends and family. And apparently, the world seems to enjoy it, too. We are currently working on the difference, and he is doing really well.”
