Rumors circulated on Saturday night that Tamar Braxton had been fired from The Real. Tamar has since responded to the news that she will no longer be on the hit Fox talk show and claims the decision to leave was mutual. It doesn’t seem all that mutual, though, because, on her way out, Tamar posted some very questionable things on social media and then unfollowed The Real and each of her co-stars on Twitter.
B. Scott was first to break the news that Tamar Braxton had been fired from The Real. According to B. Scott’s source, “Tamar Braxton just got fired from The Real . She wasn’t reading too well with the audience and sales people didn’t find her to be a good fit with advertisers. Also, production found her too difficult to deal with.”

According to Rolling Out, Tamar Braxton and The Real have issued an official response that reads, “THE REAL and Tamar Braxton have mutually decided that Tamar will not be continuing with the show for its upcoming third season. She will be leaving in order to concentrate on her solo career. Everyone associated with THE REAL appreciates Tamar’s efforts and the contributions she has made to the show’s success, and we wish her all the best for the future.”
Even though Tamar and her former TV show have both claimed that the decision to part ways was mutual, there is plenty of evidence that it was not. On Saturday night, Tamar took to Instagram and posted about being stabbed in the back. While she didn’t name names or come right out and spill all of the dirt on her former castmates, Tamar made it pretty clear that the post was about her exit from the Fox talk show. Tamar said in the caption of her post that she will be taking a short break from social media. Check out the lengthy caption written by Braxton in the Instagram post below.
After seeing Tamar Braxton’s Instagram post about being stabbed in the back fans were quick to discover that she also unfollowed Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai, Loni Love, and The Real on Twitter. It’s pretty clear that Tamar’s separation from the show wasn’t a mutual decision and there is plenty of bad blood about it. Tamar still follows Tamara Mowry-Housley, lending credibility to the rumors that Braxton’s exit might have something to do with Adrienne Bailon.

There have been whispers circulating among The Real fans that Bailon was behind the sabotage of Tamar’s spot on the show and may have had something to do with her exit. That notion is still unconfirmed gossip at this point. With a new season of Braxton Family Values getting ready to start, details about Tamar Braxton’s firing from The Real are bound to get spilled.

There has also been talk that Tamar Braxton is difficult to work with and has given production many issues since joining the show. She is rather busy compared to her former co-stars with Braxton Family Values as well as her singing career but that was well known when she started filming.
