Even if most gaming companies couldn’t give a toss about poor old Australia, kindly Uncle Microsoft hasn’t forgotten our upside down cousins.
IGN reports from a Microsoft Open House event in Sydney that Microsoft Kinect will launch in Australia on November 18th. That’s a fortnight after the U.S. release date, and eight days after Europe, so Aussies won’t have to wait so much longer to embarrass themselves completely .
The unit will be bundled with Kinect Adventures for AUD $199 (around USD $180, a thirty buck hike on the U.S. price). There’ll also be a console bundle with Kinect that will sell for AUD $449 (or USD $407).
That’s not all, Aussie Xbox owners: Foxtel will also be launching a premium TV streaming service through the console from October.
