Stacie Halas: Ex-Porn Star Goes To Court To Get Teaching Job Back

Stacie Halas is an ex-porn star-turned-science teacher who got fired from her teaching job when the school board was notified of her past profession. Halas appeared in court this week to try and get her teaching job back.

According to DailyMail , Halas used to teach at Richard B. Haydock Intermediate School in Oxnard, California until she was placed on administrative leave when students found pornographic movies of the 32-year-old teacher, who called herself “Tiffany Six”.

School officials in Oxnard said that they had no idea that Halas appeared in pornographic videos. They believe that that kind of information should have been made clear when Halas told them about the rest of her employment history.

Tom DeLapp, spokesman for Oxnard schools, said:

‘You lie to your boss, that’s grounds for dismissal. The fact that she listed being a lifeguard and being at Subway sandwich but chose to eliminate the fact that she was in the porn industry is very telling.”

This may be true, but Richard Schwab, Halas’ attorney, says that it was up to the school district to look into her background.

Schwab also argues that, even though the porn industry may not be a respectable industry to work in … it is a legitimate and legal one.

Schwab told NBC , “Prior employment is something you would normally look into. I think most of us have something in our backgrounds. And I ask anybody here to cast the first stone.” He then added, “What happened six years ago has not impacted her ability to be an effective teacher.”

School district officials disagree and say that many students have already seen the porn footage, and that if Halas were to return to the classroom, it would be too much of a distraction.

Videos that the former science teacher allegedly starred in include titles like ‘Tiffany Six Shows Her Amazing Hot Legs At Casting’ and ‘Tiffany Six Stacked Blonde With Amazing Breasts’

The school officials do not want more students to view the graphic content of these videos, which is of no surprise, so the school sent out a letter to parents saying:

“It has been alleged that one of our teachers is depicted in at least one pornographic video and possibly others on the Internet.”

“We are asking teachers to discourage the children from searching for and/or visiting these inappropriate sites.”

‘”We ask that you be particularly vigilant over the next few days with respect to the Internet content being accessed by your child on his or her telephone or other Internet-ready device.”
