Sons of Anarchy might have been one of the most successful shows in recent TV history with a loyal following of more than 10 million people, but what about fans who have not watched it? Well, you can begin watching it right now. A fiercely addictive show, its seven seasons will be over before you know it.
Probs gonna watch Sons Of Anarchy for the 3rd time, best show ever made hands down.

Or you could do something else, like watch these explainer videos by three of Sons of Anarchy’s most important characters — Juan Carlos “Juice” Ortiz (Theo Rossi), Gemma Teller Morrow (Katey Sagal) and Tig Trager (Kim Coates) — each of whom summarize the seven seasons for you in their own ways.
In a recent challenge thrown at the three cast members by Entertainment Weekly , they were asked to summarize Sons of Anarchy for their audiences in 30 seconds! Yes, seven seasons worth of biker politics, Oedipal complexes, and trolling of weak-hearted fans, all in 30 seconds. Watch it yourself to find how well they fared.
Theo Rossi
Theo Rossi is simply brilliant! In his YouTube video, he summarizes Sons of Anarchy from his unique perspective of a cast-driven narrative. Well, one thing is for certain — Rossi knows his co-stars better than they know him! Talk about impromptu delivery!
Katey Sagal
Katey Sagal may have won the hearts of her fans for her superlative performances as Gemma in Sons of Anarchy , but she is not quite on par with Rossi in this explainer video. If someone held a camera on you and asked you to talk about your favorite show in 30 seconds, you probably would have fared no better! Her last line sums it up.
“You just have to watch.”
Kim Coates
Kim Coates is like a beatnik, trying to create a poem out of the challenge. Well, except his poem is not really a poem and only a mash up of random words that come to his mind once somebody places a camera on his face and says the word “Go.” Not a bad job at summarizing Sons of Anarchy , though, especially under pressure!
Now if you are serious about knowing why Sons of Anarchy enjoys a legion of die-hard motorcycle-club biker fans, we recommend you watch the entire show. It is well worth your time!
