The Postables are back at it with an all-new investigation. It seems that someone has been raiding mailboxes all over Denver. But not to worry, lead detective Oliver is on the case with his band of fellow investigators, Rita, Shane, and Norman. During this time, they bump into a waitress who is disheartened after she mistakenly mails a letter that she needs back. There is also a $50,000 lottery ticket. Now, the Postables need to do everything they can to find the envelope for the brokenhearted woman in time for her to stake her claim.

At the same time, Shane seeks to figure out what is going on with Oliver, since their relationship most often feels like a professional one. When they arrive at a local supper club, romance is in the air for the other couples, but Shane is still left feeling unsure about the nature of their relationship. Finally, Oliver puts her mind at ease by letting her know that they are on their first date.

Meanwhile, as the mail robbery investigation gets underway, it leads to a surprising suspect, a former employee who has a grievance with the postal service.
