When Lisa Vanderpump said she was returning to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills , she said that it was a difficult choice for her. The biggest reason Lisa considered not returning to RHOBH was because of how she said other housewives on the show treated her. However, now that she is back, People reported that Vanderpump isn’t ready to forgive and forget , especially concerning Lisa Rinna.
“I think maybe Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna would probably be thrilled if I wasn’t part of this circle of friends. But no — I’m coming back. And I’m coming back stronger than ever.”
The RHOBH controversy between Lisa Vanderpump and Lisa Rinna concerned the two continuously clashing on various subjects. According to both Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson, there were feelings that Vanderpump was forcing them to engage in a number of discussions they wanted nothing to do with.
One of these discussions concerned Yolanda Hadid and the allegations that she has Munchausen syndrome. People previously reported that this came after Hadid claimed to have Lyme disease in 2012, and some of her RHOBH co-stars believed she had Munchausen syndrome, which is a case where a person suffers from a mental disorder where they believe they are physically ill when they are not.
These allegations came to a head on the RHOBH reunion special where both Rinna and Eileen traded insults with Lisa Vanderpump about the alleged manipulations to talk about Hadid’s medical problems. Interestingly, both Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson made it clear on the premiere of this season’s RHOBH that they were willing to move on.
Lisa Vanderpump is not willing to just forget about the problems from the past, though. She talked openly about how miserable she was on the Dubai trip last season on RHOBH and how she didn’t want to return this year because of those bad feelings.
Vanderpump also pointed out that she clashed with Eileen when it came to an affair that Davidson allegedly had. Lisa said that she couldn’t understand why Eileen kept focusing on the fact that Vanderpump used the word “affair” at all on RHOBH concerning the incident.
This really isn’t surprising when it comes to Lisa Vanderpump. As her fellow RHOBH co-star and friend Kyle Richards remarked, Lisa is someone who will hold on to grudges over time.
“I’m sure they’re going to be okay eventually. I know Lisa so well, and she does hold on to things for a long time. I don’t think she’s losing any sleep over Lisa Rinna and Eileen. I mean, is she sitting there with a voodoo doll? Maybe.”
However, when asked about RHOBH grudges and holding onto things like this, Lisa Vanderpump made it clear that she knows when things are not important in the grand scheme of her life. Vanderpump mentioned that her father’s death changed her outlook on life, and Lisa just wants to have a good time and not be so negative in the future.

Interestingly, Eileen Davidson had a similar experience to Lisa Vanderpump. The RHOBH star said that losing her mother made her realize that there are many things in life that are not worth obsessing over and holding onto.
“Losing my mother has taught me that certain things in life just don’t really matter — they’re not that important. I suppose in that way, it’s affected how I feel about Lisa Vanderpump and all that happened because it’s not that important. It’s trivial.”
Of course, this is also why many fans watch RHOBH . When Lisa Vanderpump said she might give Lisa Rinna’s “wig” a good “tug,” Rinna responded that it was “game on,” and they could take “the piss out of each other” because “that’s what we do best” on RHOBH.
