Problems just keep on mounting for Donald Trump. A rape case filed by a California woman against the presumptive GOP nominee was refiled before a Manhattan District Court after it was thrown out by a Los Angeles Federal Court last month.
The billionaire is already warding off attempts by his GOP partymates to block his nomination as the face of the party.
Now, Donald Trump has to contend with the rape case despite dismissing the charge before as “disgusting” and categorically false, said the NY Daily News .
The rape case was amended to exclude the charge that the former The Apprentice host bribed the complainant into having an abortion after she allegedly told Trump that she may be pregnant.
The case also did not include the charge that he called Jerry Epstein a “Jew b*****d,” nor did it demand $100 million as in the previous case.

However, it reiterated the allegation that Donald Trump raped the then-underage complainant at a party hosted by Epstein more than two decades ago. The complainant made a statement regarding threats that were made after the alleged rape.
“Immediately following this rape, defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed.”
Jane Doe was allegedly 13 years old at the time.
According to Gothamist , the new case details the graphic nature in which the assault allegedly took place. The plaintiff, Jane Doe, described the sexual attack as “savage.” Donald Trump reportedly strapped her to the bed before proceeding to rape her.
The plaintiff alleges that she begged for him to stop, but instead of giving in to her pleas, Trump struck Jane Doe in the face “with his open hand and screamed that he would do whatever he wanted.”
After the alleged rape, Donald Trump then threatened to kill her whole family if she reported the incident to the police.
“Epstein allegedly proceeded to rape Doe twice more, attempted to strike her and screamed that he, rather than Trump, should have taken her virginity. Epstein also allegedly reiterated threats to Doe’s family,” the report added.
Donald Trump and Jerry Epstein reportedly recruited unknowing young women to attend high-profile parties at Wexner Mansion at 9 East 71 st Street by promising them loads of cash as well as modeling careers.
The rape allegation was reportedly corroborated by another young woman who joined the parties.
The Los Angeles Federal Court threw out the case, but only as a technicality. The judge did not expressly exonerate Donald Trump over the rape allegation.

The complainant, who was identified as Katie Johnson at the time, apparently filed the wrong forms, said the report .
“Plaintiff has not alleged any race-based or class-based animus against her, and consequently, her … allegations fail to state a claim upon which relief may be granted,” the judge ruled.
In May, Donald Trump issued a statement denying the rape charge.
“The allegations are not only categorically false, but disgusting at the highest level and clearly framed to solicit media attention or, perhaps, are simply politically motivated,” the statement read. “There is absolutely no merit to these allegations. Period.”
The Real Deal , which first reported the rape case against Donald Trump, said that the statute of limitations on cases for civil rape is five years in New York. In this case, however, the plaintiff is asking that the restriction be ignored considering that the complainant feared for her life, which explains why she didn’t seek help for a long time.
As the complaint said, “Both defendants let plaintiff know that each was a very wealthy, powerful man and indicated that they had the power, ability, and means to carry out their threats.”
