Olivia Wilde Claims Her Ex Jason Sudeikis Is Trying to 'Litigate Her into Debt'
The custody battle between Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis is getting uglier by the minute. A recent court hearing over their children was called off at the last minute on Friday. According to Daily Mail, the Don't Worry Darling actress has accused the Ted Lasso actor of pushing her toward the debt with legal woes. In the midst of this, her net worth has come into the spotlight.
Page Six reported that the legal documents claim the Tron: Legacy actress is worth more than $10 million. In a legal declaration filed with the Los Angeles Superior Court, Wilde has stated that she has $645,187 in bank accounts, $3,902,689 in stocks and bonds, and $6,021,860 in real estate and other property, totaling an estimated $10,569,736.

This information comes at the same time as Wilde's claim that Sudeikis is prolonging his court fight with her because he is trying to "litigate her into debt." Her lawyers tried to defend her saying, "While Jason can afford to spin his wheels with filing after filing, Olivia cannot," while speaking in advance of a now-canceled hearing scheduled in Los Angeles. They explained further, "Jason seems intent on throwing whatever he can against the wall to see what will stick, and this Request for Order seeking a stay of the California Parentage action is just the latest example."
The documents filed at the court also stated that she has a monthly income of $71,667. However, Olivia reportedly spends $107,000 a month, including nearly $4,000 on laundry and cleaning, a mortgage of more than $58,000, and $6,500 on basic utilities, the expenditure statement filed stated.
Wilde has since slammed the media over her leaked net worth and legal documents from the lengthy court custody battle with Sudeikis. In a statement given to E!News, the Change-Up actress expressed rage over the breach of trust.
"The sealed and private documents that were leaked today are the utmost breach of trust and never intended for public consumption," her representative told the media outlet, "This private family matter, involving young children, has continued to be a tabloid fixture and the press coverage dating back a year has been relentless and traumatic. Olivia only continues to be focused on co-parenting her children and moving past this difficult period swiftly and drama free."

Olivia and Jason have been involved in the ugly custody battle over their two kids Otis, 8, and Daisy, 6 for the past few years. Wilde has accused Sudeikis of being "underhanded" in his court dealings about parenting. The canceled Friday hearing was to be over whether California or New York is the appropriate venue for discussing the case. But on Thursday, a judge in New York rejected Sudeikis's plea for the second time to have the case moved to the east coast.
The 39-year-old actress maintains that the matter has already been settled and it should be in LA, but her ex is pleading for future hearings in Brooklyn. "Jason should not be permitted to litigate Olivia into debt, and then claim she should be deprived of her right to seek a needs-based fee contribution from him," her attorneys claimed as the battle continues.
