NASA Shuts Down Live Feed After UFO Appears Near International Space Station, ET Hunter Alleges — Footage Is A Hoax Says Forensic Investigator [Hoax]

A YouTube user claimed earlier this week to have caught NASA once again cutting live transmission after cameras mounted on the International Space Station (ISS) captured a fast-moving UFO flying past in low Earth orbit.

But after the alleged NASA footage went viral online, a forensic UFO investigator came forward, claiming proof that the footage was a hoax.

The footage (see below), titled “Amazing Footage From ISS — Feed Cuts Just As UFO Appears,” shows a barely visible silvery or white speck that appears at about the five-second mark into the footage. The object moves at considerable speed from the center to the left of the video frame before transmission cuts abruptly.

The footage uploaded to YouTube by user ColdPryo on November 16, 2016, has gone viral online with more than 160,000 views.

“This was found on the official ISS channel,” YouTube user ColdPyro commented in the video description.

“It appears a UFO comes into frame and the feed then immediately cuts. What are your thoughts?”

UFO enthusiasts were unanimous that the silver speck seen in the footage hurtling past the ISS was a UFO. But as it speeds across the frame, the footage cuts and is replaced with a message informing viewers that the HD transmission was “either switching cameras or experiencing a temporal loss of signal.”

“Please stand by. The High Definition Earth Viewing experiment is either switching cameras, or we are experiencing a temporary loss of signal with the International Space Station.”

But according to forensic UFO investigator Scott Brando, who runs the website UFO of Interest , and a YouTube channel dedicated to investigating UFO sighting claims, the footage was a hoax created using original footage taken by U.S. astronaut Terry Virts during ISS expedition 42 (see YouTube video below) conducted early in 2015.

Brando explains the ColdPryo’s footage was created by digitally adding the “UFO” and the technical fault screen to the original footage by NASA astronaut Virts (see below), according to Express .

Other explanations of similar alleged UFOs that skeptics have offered in the past include reflections of lights from the space station windows, projecting parts of the space station appearing in the footage, and other incidental artifacts of photography and videography.

NASA has repeatedly denied conspiracy theory claims that it interrupts live transmission from the ISS to hide UFO and alien evidence.

But despite evidence offered by Brando that the video was a hoax, the latest incident has caused an uproar in UFO enthusiast forums, with believers accusing NASA of attempting clumsily to stop viewers from seeing UFO evidence.

And this is not the first time that the Inquisitr has reported an incident where UFO hunters claimed that NASA cut the live ISS feed after cameras mounted outside the space station captured an alleged UFO flying past or approaching.

The Inquisitr reported earlier in October that UFO hunter Streetcap1 claimed to have caught NASA interrupting a live transmission from the ISS to hide UFO and ET evidence.

According to the alien hunter, the footage below, which went viral with more than 650,000 views on YouTube, shows a strange craft hovering in the distance, apparently monitoring the ISS.

According to the UFO blogger Scott C. Waring, writing on his UFO Sightings Daily blog, the alleged alien craft appeared to have four arms sticking out of its body.

But as the alleged UFO approached the ISS with its arms glistening in space sunlight, NASA cut live transmission abruptly and the footage was replaced with the agency’s notorious blue screen.

Alien hunters giddy with excitement about the sighting declared that the incident added to the mounting body of evidence that despite NASA’s previous denials that it does not interrupt live transmission from the ISS to hide UFO evidence, the agency maintains an undeclared policy of non-disclosure of evidence of extraterrestrial life and intelligence.

The Inquisitr also reported in October that YouTube alien hunter SonOfMaBarker claimed to have captured a mysterious ring- or doughnut-shaped UFO flying in the vicinity of the ISS.

“NASA did cut the feed but only after I recorded this. Maybe somebody was sleeping and I made this catch?”

SonOfMaBarker speculated that the alleged UFO managed to beat NASA censorship for several seconds because the technician responsible for watching the live feed for extraterrestrial UFOs had dozed off.
