Published on: December 4, 2015 at 12:43 PM

A lot of people may not realize it, but the Mardi Gras season is almost here. Everyone in New Orleans, or Louisiana for that matter, realizes that it isn’t just one day. The season lasts for over two weeks and sometimes closer to a month. That being said, the full Mardi Gras 2015 parade schedule has now been revealed from the first run all the way through Fat Tuesday.

In New Orleans, many look forward to Christmas season for more reasons than gifts, time off, and Santa Claus. The holiday season in December is when King Cakes start being sold and the Mardi Gras stands/bleachers started being put up around the city.
