Nominees for the 2014 Billboard Music Awards were announced yesterday, with Justin Timberlake topping the list, having the most albums nominated (both part one and two of “The 20/20 Experience”). Other leading artists at this year’s awards ceremony include Imagine Dragons, Lorde, and Katy Perry. With his 11 nominations, chances look good for Justin to take another Billboard award as a solo artist – Timberlake won album of the year with ‘N Sync for 2000’s “No Strings Attached.” And with two entries in the Top R&B category alone, one for each of the albums he released, odds are in his favor. Timberlake and other Billboard nominees are determined by the way fans interact with the music, whether it be digital downloads, radio play, tour sales, and streaming music websites. These measurements are all tracked year-round by Billboard and Nielsen. To see who comes out on top (our money’s on Justin – he was the biggest artist last year) tune in to ABC on May 18th at 8pm EST.
Thank you @billboard !! 11 nominations for the #BBMAs ! -teamJT

On the heels on the nominations, Justin announced another leg to his mega-popular, sold-out “20/20 Experience” tour. This may have come after Timberlake saw the need to keep adding shows to his current worldwide tour, selling out night after night. Tickets for the new tour dates went on sale April 14th, and will most likely sell out before his current tour even ends.
Timberlake’s tour was recently in London, with wife Jessica Biel by his side. The couple took off to London directly from a vacation in Barbados and landed in the UK looking tanned and relaxed. Divorce rumors have been quiet lately as the pair seem eager to show the public eye that they’re as happy and in love as ever. Rumors started after Jessica was questionably absent at most of Timberlake’s performances and events last year, including his AMA performance and SNL hosting gig. But Justin and Jessica prove that you don’t need to be at each other’s side constantly to stay in love. Although, they seem to be enjoying the time together in London, as Justin performed to sold-out crowds at the O2 arena before taking his lady love out for shopping around the city. Justin even shocked the crowd when he announced “here’s to the new baby!” during his show, only to quickly clarify, “George, you motherf*%&kers,” referring to 9-month-old Prince George. Nicely done, Justin.
