Justin Timberlake and Kanye West have announced separate one-off shows in London.
Fresh off his Grammy weekend appearances, release of an eight minute plus second single “Mirrors,” and arrival of the official David Fincher directed video for “Suit Tie” — Timberlake is about to hit the UK capital in a big way.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr , the singer is confirmed to perform at the Brits — the British awards equivalent to the Grammys — on Wednesday, February 20.
Immediately after that event, Timberlake will take to the stage at the HMV Forum in Kentish Town at 11 pm to perform past hits and cuts from his hotly anticipated album The 20/20 Experience , which touches down on March 19.
Tickets for Timberlake’s show go on sale tomorrow at 9 am through his official website.
Not to be outdone, Kanye West — rapper, expectant father, and recent two Grammy Award winner — will play the Hammersmith Apollo on February 24.
Tickets for the “No Church in the Wild” star’s London gig also go on sale at 9 am tomorrow.
Beyoncé, who is just days away from the Saturday debut of her co-directed documentary Life Is But A Dream and Oprah’s Next Chapter interview, is also confirmed to perform at the Brits awards this year.
In addition, the 31-year-old is rumored to be performing with Timberlake at a London venue on March 31. The rumor comes via artist tracking site website Songkick.com who posted details of the event before hastily removing it.
In other Beyoncé news, the “Single Ladies” singer is reportedly close to signing a deal to headline at Virgin Media’s V Festival 2013, which runs from August 17-18.
According to Digital Spy , rockers Kings of Leon are also in the frame for the slot.
With Timberlake, West, and Beyoncé hitting UK shores in less than a week, I believe the phrase is hold tight London.
