Pictures of Justin Bieber with his hand wrapped around what may be a Heineken beer at the Bootsy Bellows club earlier this week may reportedly put its license at risk, and/or lead to a fine if it’s proved that Bieber was drinking alcohol — according to a new report.
The fun-loving, 20-year-old partied with fellow probationer singer Chris Brown and other pals at the Sunset Strip nightclub Tuesday night.
TMZ has published images of Bieber purportedly holding a Heineken beer, and is claiming the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is looking into the alleged incident.

The legal age for drinking alcohol in the US is 21.
It’s reported Bootsy’s license permits it to admit under 21’s because it serves food, but it still has to obey the national drinking law. Obviously.
Even if Bieber is not found to have been drinking alcohol — and The Inquisitr notes it is not clear from the images that he is holding a Heineken — TMZ claims law enforcement plans to bolster undercover monitoring of the club in light of the alleged infraction.
TMZ stated the Bootsy Bellows club has not yet responded to their request for comment.
This isn’t the first time Bieber has been accused of underage drinking . The singer previously posted selfies drinking beer at his social media pages and has been spotted drinking alcohol on other occasions.
Last October, Bieber was accused of drinking beer in a Texas strip club while partying with champion boxer Floyd Mayweather. TMZ then claimed images of the then 19-year-old singer clutching the bottle set off a state investigation in Texas .
At the time, management at the Nox Houston club insisted Bieber was not served alcohol and only drank water.
As it turned out, this may have been the case as ultimately no sanction was made against the club by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
A similarly non-action result may unfold for the Bootsy Bellows nightclub .
Either way, with regards to the present claim Bieber himself will not face legal repercussions as he is not actually seen drinking from the bottle and – if it came to it – could argue he held the alleged beer for someone else.
Over the past few days, Bieber has participated in activities in Los Angeles without incident.
These include attending a charity poker tournament, playing bongos at The W Hotel in West Hollywood before partying at Bootsy Bellows , roller skating to Lady Gaga and R.Kelly’s “Do What U Want (With My Body),” shirtless hiking , guitar jamming to PHISH (with ukulele) and cliff diving.
