Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus To ‘TWERK’ Together On Lil Twist Single

Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus will feature on “TWERK,” the upcoming, new single by Young Money Entertainment rapper Lil Twist.

Lil Twist, formal name Christopher Lynn Moore, announced the news and the single’s artwork on his Instagram and Twitter accounts Saturday, June 6.

Referencing Jay-Z’s Magna Carta… Holy Grail namecheck of Cyrus on “Somewhere in America,” Lil Twist’s Instagram caption read:

“#TWERK! ‘Cause somewhere in America Miley Cyrus is still twerkin’… Go Find It!!…”

The Dallas, TX. native also posted a back-view image of Cyrus in the infamous unicorn onesie she wore in a video of herself ‘twerking’ to J Dash and Flo Rida’s “Wop” back in March.

The promo picture shows Lil Twist’s name at the top in bold lettering, with Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus’ names in smaller type positioned below. The title “TWERK” is written in Gothic font with the letter “E” blanked out.

Whispers that Bieber and Cyrus were collaborating musically first surfaced in May, when the singer was spotted attempting to hide from paparazzi in a vehicle parked outside a Los Angeles recording studio the Canadian also happened to be at.

Cyrus and Bieber, who have been friends for years, previously sang together when Cyrus guested on the duet “Overboard” in Bieber’s 2011 hit concert-biopic movie Never Say Never .

Sightings of the pair visiting each others’ homes and out at a late night/early morning rendevouz at Beacher’s Madhouse at the Roosevelt Hotel in Los Angeles, sparked erroneous romance rumors last month.

Cyrus quickly shut down that non-story during a guest spot on Washington, D.C., radio show Hot 99.5?s The Kane Show on June 12, saying:

“‘I’m engaged! I’m engaged. That is impossible.”

The Twerking-loving singer — who recently beat Bieber’s record as VEVO’s “Most Viewed Video in 24 Hours” with “We Can’t Stop” — finally confirmed on The Bert Show that she and the 19-year-old had recorded a new song but said she didn’t know if they were ever going to “let the world hear it.”

Lil Twist’s upcoming “TWERK” with Bieber and Cyrus is an entirely new collaboration for the trio.

After he announced the single, the 20-year-old posted a few promotional messages on his Twitter account, before retweeting a selection of excited fans’ reacts.

“TWERK” is expected to appear on the rapper’s upcoming album Bad Decisions, with Maejor Ali on production chores and executive produced by Young Money Entertainment chief Lil Wayne and Shawty Mane (aka Justin Bieber).

The only question now is, will Bieber and Cyrus actually ‘twerk’ together in a possible video?
