Justin Bieber Beverly Hills House Party Broken Up (Just One ‘Actual’ Knock) By Cops

Justin Bieber is back in the States and Beverly Hills cops know it. Police reportedly paid two visits to the singer’s condo last night and early Wednesday morning, after the Biebs hosted a party.

Justin’s well-heeled neighbors called cops out twice, citing noise disturbance. Deputies duly rolled up shortly after 11 p.m. But, when they din’t hear anything, they reportedly left without knocking on the Biebs door.

It seems the second time was the charm.

E! News reports police returned about an hour later after another complaint to find 40 people gathered on the rooftop of the building.

There was in fact “no loud music, or screaming, but rather people talking and hanging out,” the outlet states.

Police found no violations but did speak to Bieber before they left. It turns out the singer voluntarily asked for some of the people to leave the premises and in the end only about 10 people remained.

TMZ claimed police spoke to Justin about his neighbors possibly making a citizen’s arrest if the alleged noise continued. That may or may not have happened.

Back in July, it was reported cops went to have the singer’s luxe condo six times over the space of a few hours after a party on weekend at Bieber’s penthouse apartment, although two of those occasions were about fans noise.

Those call outs prompted police to advise the residents that if they saw Bieber committing a crime, as in having a party, they could make a citizen’s arrest.

That radical development came after police reportedly spoke to Bieber’s management and condo residents about alleged excessive noise at the singer’s parties from June.

There were also claims of marijuana odor in communal hallways, litter infringements and alcohol use.

In July, Beverly Hills Police Sgt. Matt Subin told the Los Angeles Times that police officers responded six times to the condo, twice for fans noise and four from residents complaining of noise coming from Bieber’s bash.

As per CNN , Subin added at the time,

“We ask for Mr. Bieber to be respectful of his neighbors and to the community of Beverly Hills, and take the bull by the horns and actually turn down the music and limit the size of his parties in consideration for the sleeping child and elderly residents.”

Shortly after, the “Confident” singer began renting an infamous party pad in the Hollywood Hills. However, the lease was a short one and it’s believed there is now a buyer.

Bieber then went traveling with his then girlfriend, Selena Gomez, and recently spent time in Europe.

Bieber is on two years probation after pleading no contest to an egging-related charge of misdemeanor vandalism stemming from a January incident. If any criminal infractions or citations are forwarded to the Los Angeles probation department, it could lead to a review of his sentence.
