Justin Bieber, his father Jeremy, and 10 associates they traveled with on a private plane on Friday have been described as “extremely abusive verbally,” while allegedly smoking enough marijuana that the jet crew had to wear oxygen masks, according to a new report.
The 19-year-old star leased the luxury Gulfstream IV from Toronto, Canada, to Teterboro, New Jersey, on Friday ahead of Pre-Super Bowl parties and Sunday’s game.
An official flight report, which has been obtained by NBC News , reads :
“The flight attendant stated the passengers, including Bieber and his father, Jeremy Bieber, were extremely abusive verbally and she would not work another flight with them.”
It went on to state:
“The captain of the flight stated that he warned the passengers, including Bieber, on several occasions to stop smoking marijuana. The captain also stated he needed to request that the passengers stop their harassing behavior toward the flight attendant, and after several warnings asked the flight attendant to stay with him near the cockpit to avoid any further abuse.”
NBC reports multiple law enforcement sources said pilots wore oxygen masks during the flight so that they wouldn’t inhale marijuana and fail subsequent drug tests which would put their licenses at risk.
The report states that when Bieber’s plane touched down at Teterboro it was met by Drug Enforcement Administration and Customs and Border Protection agents and police , adding there was still marijuana smoke inside the cabin.
The teen star’s flight landed at Teterboro at approximately 14:53 pm on January 31.
As previously reported, Bieber was separated from Jeremy and his security guards and taken away to be searched and questioning by investigators.
In the new report, officials stated this was due to “past examinations,” in which, “Bieber had become argumentative and abusive when together with his security team.”
The outlet states that during his interview, Bieber admitted he had smoked marijuana and consumed alcohol on the flight but said he didn’t have additional marijuana. In other words, he wasn’t in possession.
During the plane search, drug-sniffing dogs from Customs and Border Patrol and the New York/New Jersey Port Authority Police Dept., physically “sat down” when they were let onto the plane. NBC states this means the dogs were letting handlers know drugs could be on the plane.
At that point authorities boarded the jet. Numerous sources said it “reeked of marijuana,” NBC reports.
However, no evidence of marijuana other than aroma was found during the search.

The two drug dogs also zeroed on the possibility of drugs in three pieces of luggage. These were labeled as Justin Bieber, another as the property of his personal assistant, and another labeled as belonging to his personal trainer.
On questioning, the trainer – Patrick Nilsson, and the personal assistant – there are a few so we will refrain from naming them – said the bags were not theirs.
In the report, the pair stated they were actually Bieber’s bags and said they were “forced to place their names on the bags.”
“No contraband” was reportedly found.
Because none of the flight crew were willing to file charges against their passengers, Bieber, his father and the entourage were allowed re-enter the US . After their departure, authorities performed another search of the plane and found empty bags that appeared to have once contained marijuana. None of the items could be llinked to Bieber, his father, or their party.
At present, Bieber is walking a tightrope.
Although a settlement has just been reached in an assault and unpaid wages lawsuit filed by one of his former bodyguards, there are plenty more waiting in the wings. In the last week of January, Bieber was hit with two charges.
A DUI and related charges while allegedly drag racing in a Lamborghini with another driver (Khalil Amir Sharieff in a ref Ferrari) in Miami Beach. A toxicology report related to the DUI case revealed marijuana and Xanax were present in Bieber’s system at the time of arrest.
A trial date of March 3 has been set. The pop singer has pleaded not guilty to the DUI and related charges.
On January 29, Bieber turned himself in to Toronto police to be charged the alleged assault of a limousine driver in late December. He is due to appear in court on March 10 over the charge, of which his legal team say he is innocent .
Justin is a suspect in an ongoing felony vandalism investigation after a neighbor accused him of egging his Calabasas, CA home. The pop star’s residence was raided by police on January 14.
Over the weekend, the singer was denied entry at New York City club 1 Oak and rejected from at least four Super Bowl parties,
At this rate, unlikely deportation won’t be needed. Bieber will go of his own accord.
