Jennifer Aniston’s dress may have grabbed the headlines over the weekend, but the star adopted a slightly more modest look on Monday as she and fiancé Justin Theroux went shopping for furniture in Hollywood.
The couple were papped by X17 while browsing the Blackman Cruz store for high-end furniture – presumably for their new 8,500-square-foot, $21 million Bel Air mansion .
After blowing an eye-watering $20,000 on lighting for their love nest earlier this year, it looks like Aniston and Theroux are on a major mission to create the home of their dreams. A store employee at Blackman Cruz told Us Weekly :
“Jen and Justin spent time with two designers talking everything over. They seemed extremely happy. She is definitely the more gregarious of the two!”
While interior design can often prove a source of disagreement for some couples, the 43-year-old actress and her 41-year-old beau seemed to be in perfect harmony:
“Usually with a couple, there’s one person that leads the way. They were in it together. They really seemed to be enjoying this process.”
And what can you expect to see the next time an invite to Jen ‘n Justin’s lands on your doormat? Well, the couple reportedly took a shine to an 18th-century armoire and a pair of brown leather chairs. Theroux, observed the store clerk, was also fascinated by a series of vintage mugshots, while Aniston pased some time bonding with the store’s dog, Hudson:
“[Jennifer] loves her! She has been a client forever and always immediately asks for the dog. She was holding her like a baby and petting her forever.”
