Two golfers’ voyeurism has landed them an indefinite suspension. Taylor Moore, 21, and Nicolas Echavarria, 20, have been accused of taking sexually explicit photos of an intoxicated woman.
This follows less than a week after golf pro Tiger Woods and skier Lindsay Vonn split up, as previously reported by the Inquisitr . After three years together, they decided to take to Facebook to announce they’re calling it quits.
What happened in Arkansas was even less romantic, and outright criminal, as Fayetteville police arrested the two golfers with a Class D felony.
Images of the victim’s buttocks and vagina were discovered on Echavarria’s phone, after the two allegedly admitted to taking the photos of her private parts without her permission.
According to the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette , recording images of an individual’s private body parts without the person’s consent is considered video voyeurism, and could land the accused up to a year in jail, if not a hefty fine.
These golfers’ voyeurism has resulted in both of their suspension as well. Fans might consider it a shame, since Moore was the Razorbacks’ top golfer, and Echavarria was their fourth-best.

The Arkansas athletics department has said it is aware of their misdeeds and the pending legal issue.
It started on April 18, when the female victim contacted Fayetteville police to report a rape. After finding no signs of the alleged assault, the victim confessed to having had multiple alcoholic beverages at bars on Dickson Street before running into Echavarria and Moore, whom she had considered friends. She had let the two drive her and another friend instead of herself attempting to drive under the influence, says ABC News .
According to the victim, the two had dropped her friend off and taken her to Moore’s house, where they laid her down on the bed. While slipping in and out of consciousness, she allegedly recalled seeing flashing lights, which ended up being the golfers’ voyeurism.
Initially, the two Razorbacks players denied taking the pictures, but eventually confessed. Moore allegedly claimed to have taken three pictures and deleted two of them, and had thought she was unaware. Moore allegedly told the police that he had deleted two of them because they weren’t revealing enough.
Fayetteville police acquired a search warrant and looked through the phone, finding one with the blanket pulled off of the victim and her shirt pulled up. The golfers’ voyeurism landed them in Washington County Jail, where they each were released Wednesday on posted bonds of $2,500.
