Goldie Hawn, the world’s most glamorous grandmother, has welcomed her first-ever granddaughter. She announced the arrival of baby Rio, the daughter of her son Oliver Hudson and his wife Erinn Bartlett, in an exuberant tweet on Thursday which you can see down below.
36-year-old Oliver Hudson is acting royalty and is now the star of the CBS series Rules of Engagement. Hudson and Bartlett also have two older boys — but not much older, as you can see in the adorable tweets from Hudson I posted down below.
As you probably know, the 67-year-old Private Benjamin star is also the mother of Almost Famous actress Kate Hudson , who has also given her two grandsons.
So, if anybody’s counting, that’s four grandsons for Goldie Hawn before she got her first granddaughter. No wonder she seemed excited.
One thing that always fascinates fans is how Hawn keeps in shape . Goldie Hawn may now have her first granddaughter, but she certainly doesn’t have a traditional grandmother’s shape.
When she appeared recently at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, she created a stir as people wondered aloud about how she maintained her youthful figure.
Hawn herself gives a lot of credit to exercise, especially biking.
