Daytona Beach, FL – A woman who apparently was “getting busy” with her boyfriend while behind the wheel plowed into a private home and virtually destroyed the place.

The incident occurred in a residential neighborhood — and not the Daytona International Speedway — in the early morning hours after Valentine’s Day. Fortunately, the house was unoccupied; otherwise serious harm to the homeowners might have occurred.

“Valentine’s Day was over, but love was still in the air,” according to the WESH TV NBC 2 reporter, who added that the romantic couple were engaged in a little “frisky business” in the front seat.

WESH added that the driver, Asia Walker, 30 “told the investigating trooper that her and the boyfriend were getting a little amorous and the trooper suspects that’s probably why she lost control of the vehicle.” The vehicle went all the way through the house, UPI reports, in the 5:30 am incident.

The motorists were generally okay fortunately despite slamming into the house . Walker was apparently treated at a local hospital for cuts and bruises from falling debris. Her boyfriend Charles Phillips did not require any medical attention. Police charged Walker with careless driving.

One would assume there will be civil lawsuit for property damage arising out of this incident unless insurance coverage is adequate to fund the repairs to the home.

The moral to this story, according to MSN , is “don’t hump and drive.”
