Demi Lovato is setting out to conquer the world with her music.
The “Neon Lights” singer brought her stage show to countless fans throughout North and South America earlier this year. Unfortunately for folks in other corners of the world, Lovato didn’t spread her musical joy to their neck of the global woods. However, that’s all about to change.
According to Perez Hilton , Demi Lovato is embarking on a world tour later this year. Although she only has a few dates listed as of this writing, chances are the singer will announce more gigs in the near future. Tickets go on sale June 6, so start digging through your couch cushions for spare change as soon as possible.
The tour, which is operating under the name DEMI, will also feature a handful of special guests. Music Times reports that Lovato has tapped Christina Perri and MKTO as her opening acts during these shows. Unfortunately, who you get all depends on which city she visits.
When someone announces that they’re embarking on a world tour, usually that means packing a suitcase and heading to exotic locales across the planet. As of this writing, Demi Lovato has only announced dates throughout North America. Chances are she’ll add more stops down the road, but don’t think people haven’t noticed the lack of cultural diversity.
