Chris Brown was ready to spill blood in a since-canceled boxing match against Soulja Boy for this, but now the “Privacy” hitmaker is not even going to appear for Karrueche Tran’s permanent restraining order hearing.
With Chris Brown’s lawyers ready to defend their client against Karrueche Tran’s claims that Brown physically abused and threatened to kill her, the singer will reportedly not show up for the restraining order court hearing.
TMZ broke the news ahead of the permanent restraining order hearing on Tuesday. Chris Brown is trying to dodge the case as much as possible, but Karrueche Tran is apparently adamant to not let the “Privacy” singer live his life peacefully.
This is the person who got Chris Brown served with the petition for a permanent order at his own birthday party after all, TMZ reported earlier this month. Brown had for months dodged the protective order , and he certainly didn’t see it coming at his own birthday bash.
Karrueche Tran is doing what Rihanna decided not to – Chris Brown’s ex-girlfriend is taking her physical abuse claims to court and is ready to testify.
Karrueche Tran, whose current restraining order against Chris Brown is about to expire, is about to testify that the singer punched her in the stomach, pushed her down a flight of stairs, threatened to shoot her, and brutalized her on several other occasions.
Karrueche Tran’s claims have caused quite a stir in the media, which even resulted in rapper Soulja Boy challenging Chris Brown to a boxing match.
Chris Brown will not be the only one absent from the permanent restraining order hearing; Karrueche Tran will not appear in person either. However, the victim of Brown’s alleged physical abuse will testify via a webcam, as she’s currently in New Orleans shooting new TNT series Claws .
TMZ , citing a source close to Karrueche Tran, revealed that Chris Brown’s ex is taking her physical abuse allegations to court because she wants to inspire other women who have been brutalized to come forward and stand up to physical abuse from men.

Chris Brown is no stranger to brutalizing women, as the “Loyal” singer has previously physically abused ex-girlfriend Rihanna. But the two then managed to get back together after the physical assault.
Karrueche Tran, meanwhile, won’t let Chris Brown off the hook as Rihanna once did, and Tran is pretty serious about her legal battle against the singer.

Karrueche Tran decided to take her physical abuse allegations against Chris Brown after the alleged death threats from the singer though the alleged abuse took place a long time ago. Tran reportedly needed some time to muster up courage and confidence to get a restraining order against Brown.
In her own case against Chris Brown after the 2009 physical abuse, Rihanna had a change of heart and never testified against her ex-boyfriend after he copped a plea.
While Chris Brown is often called a “woman beater,” one of his security guards certainly added more fuel to Brown’s bad reputation of treating women.

Chris Brown may be slapped with a permanent restraining order from Karrueche Tran over physical abuse claims soon, but his security guards don’t shy away from brutalizing women at the singer’s concerts, according to BET .
This was the case last week when one of Chris Brown’s security guards yanked a woman off stage by her hair. The victim got on the stage during Brown’s performance of “Back to Sleep.” The woman was reportedly not injured.
The hair-raising incident was caught on camera by one of Chris Brown’s fans during the concert. The Instagram video now boasts more than 1 million views.
