Chris Brown hasn’t been shy about speaking out against claims suggesting that he pointed a gun at actress and former beauty queen Baylee Curran during a confrontation at his Tarzana home last month, so when the “Grass Ain’t Greener” singer took to Instagram yesterday to share a photo of a new t-shirt design that seemingly disses Curran’s pending assault case against him, fans were quick to show their support for Brown on the social media site.
It’s been three weeks since Chris Brown first spoke out against Curran’s assault accusations in a series of Instagram videos posted to his social media account and, although the investigation is reportedly still ongoing, Brown has wasted no time in attempting to clear his name after Curran revealed to several media outlets that Brown allegedly pointed a gun in her face after she was found to be admiring a piece of jewelry that was present at the singer’s home.

While Chris Brown was set to appear in court yesterday for a potential arraignment in response to Curran’s allegations, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office recently revealed that no charges have been filed against Brown about the assault case, Los Angeles Daily News reports.
Rather, Brown appeared to poke fun at the impending case on Instagram yesterday by sharing a photo of himself donning a t-shirt from his clothing label, Black Pyramid, with a message that is seemingly aimed at Baylee Curran’s assault accusations.
“@blackpyramidofficial *fire emoji* #stayclassy,” Brown wrote in the caption of his post alongside two photos of the new t-shirt design which features the phrase, “THIS B**** LYIN’,” on the front and artwork of a female in tears on the back.
The shirt, which is available in both black and white colorways, is currently retailing for $38.00 on Black Pyramid’s official website and is nearly sold-out according to a second Instagram post shared by Brown earlier this morning.
The news comes just one day after the D.A.’s office in Los Angeles spoke out against claims suggesting that Brown did not appear in court yesterday regarding his defense against Curran’s accusations, revealing to Los Angeles Daily News that the District Attorney’s office “have not been presented a case, so no charges have been filed.”
The site further notes that while a spokesperson for the LAPD previously claimed that the Tarzana assault cause would be submitted to prosecutors “any day now,” LAPD Officer Aereon Jefferson recently explained that detectives will present the case “whenever the investigation is complete.”
Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, has not responded to the impending case against Brown since publicly defending the “Back To Sleep” singer’s innocence last month, however, Geragos previously explained to reporters that Curran’s story did not match witness accounts of what occurred at Brown’s Tarzana home that evening and that the former beauty queen has a long history of lying to the public.
“It is interesting to me that when someone has an incident that supposedly you’re frightened to death…the first place you go is to TMZ,” Geragos explained of Curran’s accusations against Chris Brown, the Los Angeles Times reports. “I think that speaks volumes.”
The site further noted that Curran is currently wanted for questioning in connection with a theft that occurred at the Plaza Hotel in October 2013 and was recently “dethroned” from her Miss California Regional 2016 title just two months ago due to a “breach of contract.” Similarly, TMZ released a report on September 1 claiming that Brown’s attorney had recovered text messages from Baylee Curran’s cell phone that allegedly provided proof of the actress’ intent to set Brown up in the assault case after the singer demanded that she be removed from his home for “calling his [friend’s] jewelry fake” during the gathering on August 29.
