Amazing CCTV footage from a supposedly haunted antique store in Britain shows what appears to be a ghost smashing a glass cabinet as well as numerous other creepy sightings of floating orbs and bodies disappearing into thin air.

The footage comes from Barnsley Antiques Centre in South Yorkshire. The owners of the shop thought something was amiss when they found a glass cabinet smashed onto the floor and their first thought was that it must have been the work of an intruder.

But when they decided to look into the CCTV footage , what they found was even more shocking. The video appeared to show the cabinet smash to bits all by itself.

When owner Danny Parker looked at the other cameras, he found even more disturbing images.

“On one of the other screens I saw a man walk past but just assumed he was outside,” he told the Mirror. “When I looked again it was inside and this body just stood up from the floor and walked off.”

Parker said he did a bit of research and found out that there were other rumors of ghosts in the building.

“I’ve told some of the shop owners next door and they said the building has always been haunted – even before we got there,” he said. “I’ve never believed in ghosts before but this has really spooked me. I’m a bit wary when I’m locking up on my own now.”

This is not the first time that security footage has captured what appears to be a ghost. Last month officers at a New Mexico police station found surveillance footage that appeared to show a ghost-like figure moving down a controlled entryway.

“I do believe in ghosts — I don’t know (what exactly was on the video), but we’ve had some unsolved murders in the area,” said officer Karl Romero.
