Who knew comedians are good at keeping secrets safe? That’s what Full House ‘s Uncle Joey did when he kept Caitlyn Jenner’s secret for 25 years.

Dave Coulier, who portrayed the Tanner’s lovable uncle in the hit sitcom, says that he knew about Caitlyn Jenner’s secret.

Caitlyn, who was known as Bruce Jenner at the time, was a close friend of Coulier’s ex-wife Jayne Modean and she apparently told him that secret.

“My ex-wife always told me Bruce wanted to be Nicky Jenner,” Coulier shared with listeners of a Texas radio show. “I knew that information but I never vocalized it to anybody other than just close friends.”

The comedian also admitted to wondering if Jenner was serious about taking that next step and transitioning when he saw the Olympian on Skating with Celebrities .

When the two appeared together on the show Coulier noticed that Jenner already had some constructive surgery done, prompting him to “wonder if he’s actually going to do this?”

It took a few more years before Jenner actually transitioned and, despite already having an inkling, Coulier said he was unprepared for how good Jenner looks, especially on her Vanity Fair cover.

“Are you supposed to get turned on by that? I’m not sure,” the Full House star wondered.

He’s also wondering how he’s going to act around Jenner when he sees her at charity golf events.

“Is she going to go and be able to smoke cigars with all the boys?”

It’s a worthwhile query, as some have also wondered if Jenner would have to change the handicap she earned when she played as Bruce.

But Coulier should probably ponder on that while he shoots new episodes for Netflix’ Fuller House .

Meanwhile, Jenner hasn’t commented on her old pal Coulier’s revelation as she’s been busy enjoying her new life as a woman.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians patriarch has been open about hosting “girls nights” where she could dress up, relax and be herself with her family and friends.

Her daughter Casey has mentioned spending and enjoying those nights with Caitlyn.

But aside from her daughter, it seems the 65-year-old decathlon winner also enjoys that special time with a close group of friends.

In a photo she shared on Instagram, the reality star is shown wearing skinny jeans and a long sleeve shirt and standing arm-in-arm with her friends.

It was captioned with the simple message “learn from those who have walked the path before you.”
