When Beyoncé spoke of a man sneaking out the back door and only wanting her when she wasn’t there — she instructed him to go find “Becky with the good hair” in one of her Lemonade songs. Not long afterward, designer Rachel Roy posted and ultimately deleted an Instagram post about “good hair, don’t care” in the wake of that melee, and fans immediately pounced. Unfortunately, some of them mistook Rachael Ray for Rachel Roy , as reported by the Inquisitr .
Either way, with Beyoncé spilling her secrets and marital strife in such a creative, artistic, and interesting way — literally stripping naked in some Lemonade scenes — she has caused her legion of fans to buy Lemonade in droves. The “Beyhive” is sending #BuyLEMONADEOniTunes towards the top of the trending list on Twitter, with more than 7,148 tweets urging Beyoncé fans to buy her striking, raw, and honest Lemonade album on iTunes.
On iTunes, Beyoncé fans have already used their applied efforts to make Lemonade the No. 1 album on the iTunes charts. According to the current list of top albums on iTunes, the explicit version of Beyoncé’s Lemonade album is sitting at the No. 1 spot, with a price of $17.99 for the Lemonade album. At the number two spot is also the Lemonade album, but the clean version. Beyoncé has dethroned Rihanna’s ANTI (Deluxe) album, which currently sits at the number three spot on the iTunes list of top albums, and cost $13.99 at this time. At the No. 4 spot is Adele’s 25 album.
On Twitter, Beyoncé fans urged one another to buy the Lemonade album on iTunes and to give it high ratings.
Meanwhile, Rachel Roy’s Instagram account continues to get comments from fans on either side of the Beyoncé situation.
“ queenvee22 : As much as I’m against mad fan behavior & sisters bashing each other I do feel you just need to stop your referencing of things Carters related whenever they drop a track. The one time it was “The beach is better” and even then you posted and deleted after a scenario such as this one. Are you sending a message that you are/were the other woman? You’re above this Rachel, you ooze class, stop these games.”
“artofmskris: So….was you cheating on Damon dash with Jay? Is that why they parted ways?”
“ ivy_doll : It’s not only Rachael that cheated so did jay-z make the memes about him, drag him. Or we forgiving him cause she forgave him.”
With songs like “Pray You Catch Me” by Beyoncé featured on her Lemonade album, fans learn that the “hot sauce” in Beyoncé’s bag that caused her to have swag wasn’t necessarily the condiment, but a baseball bat emblazoned with “hot sauce” on it. Other songs on Beyoncé’s Lemonade album are “Hold Up” and the song where Beyoncé hooks up with Jack White to create “Don’t Hurt Yourself.”
Beyoncé instructs her listeners to tell a “boy bye” when hurt by a cheating mate. Songs like “Sorry” bare Beyoncé’s soul, and fans report nearly going crazy with excitement when they heard The Weeknd on “6 Inch” by Beyoncé. A tribute to her father was revealed on “Daddy Lessons,” along with cute video footage of Beyoncé as a little girl with her dad.
“Love Drought” and “Sandcastles” and “Forward,” which features James Blake, show Beyoncé once again displaying the turmoil her life has endured. On “Freedom,” she teams up with Kendrick Lamar. Beyoncé also created “All Night” and the familiar “Formation” song that Beyoncé dropped first, prior to the Lemonade film hitting HBO on Saturday.
