Burger King is bringing its new delivery service to Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Burger King started testing its new delivery service in New York, Miami, Houston and Washington D.C. last year and has now decided to expand the program into three new cities.
The company said in a press release that they have 20 participating restaurants in Chicago and LA and 15 more in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Alex Macedo , President of North America, Burger King Worldwide, Inc., said:
“BK Delivers is already performing well in New York, Miami, Houston and greater Washington, D.C. As its popularity has grown, we have seen an increasing demand for the program in other markets … Los Angeles, San Francisco and Chicago have some of our most loyal guests and the BURGER KING brand is excited to offer them the opportunity to enjoy the food they love, delivered to them in the comfort of their home, dorm or office.”
Restaurants like McDonald’s , Taco Bell and Wendy’s have been re-working their menus as the fast food fight for national dominance continues. Burger King is hoping to separate itself from the competition with its new delivery service.
