Halloween is still almost a full month away, with Thanksgiving another three weeks after that, but the first Black Friday ad of 2017 has already hit the internet. Harbor Freight has made it a habit to be the first store to release their ad each of the last few years, but no one expected this. As a matter of fact, this is the earliest that a Black Friday ad has ever been released.
Thanksgiving will fall on Thursday, November 23 this year, and that means the following day will be Black Friday, but that won’t be when the deals begin. As has become the norm, some stores will begin their biggest shopping day of the year deals on Thursday or even Wednesday with online sales possibly starting on Monday.
As reported by KSHB, this year’s Harbor Freight ad comes out a full 10 days earlier than it did in 2016.
BFAds.net pointed out how the big holiday toy books haven’t even been released yet, but Harbor Freight is jumping on things to get its Black Friday bargains out. The ad is eight big pages and includes a grand total of 81 items that shoppers will be able to save on.

Harbor Freight has already revealed that they will open their doors at 7 a.m. on Friday, November 24, but they’re going to remain closed on Thanksgiving Day itself. Sale prices for Black Friday will remain in place through Sunday or while supplies last.
While there may not be a huge demand or the longest of lines at Harbor Freight, the release of its ad is a sure sign that more are coming soon. The good thing about this company is that their ad details dozens of items on sale, but they also have “Hundreds of Unadvertised Specials” every single year.
A lot of people are getting ready for Halloween and looking forward to enjoying the arrival of the cooler weather, but there are others who can’t wait to make their shopping lists. Black Friday 2017 is going to be the biggest shopping day of the year online, but there will still be so many consumers heading out to wait in line for their bargains. For those wanting to get a jump on things, you can now start with Harbor Freight.
