The upcoming season of Bachelor in Paradise will have a love story amidst the drama and hookups, with one couple said to be getting married on ABC’s summer reality show. Spoilers indicate that season 2 is a “train wreck,” but fans who enjoy a happy ending have something to look forward to.

Us Weekly confirmed on Friday that a couple from the first season of Bachelor in Paradise , Marcus Grodd and Lacy Faddoul, recently filmed their wedding in Mexico. Fans will see them say “I do” on the show that premieres on August 2 — it is not known if the wedding will air during the two-night premiere or on the season finale.

While the couple is likely under contract not to spill the details of their wedding, Marcus did give his Twitter fans a hint that the big day was underway. On Thursday, Grodd posted a happy anniversary wish and photo of his bride-to-be getting her hair done — presumably for their big day.

Marcus and Lacy got engaged on the BIP season finale that aired last September (video below). After just three weeks of dating, cameras were rolling when Marcus surprised the 27-year-old beauty with a gigantic Neil Lane ring and a sweet proposal on the beach in Tulum, Mexico.

Host Chris Harrison was in on the proposal, telling ABC that he knew Marcus was going to pop the question before filming for the season wrapped up.

“That final day I knew Marcus planned to propose. He showed me the ring and we talked about it right before we walked in for that final rose ceremony. He was nervous, but was 100 percent sure he was ready to pop the question. It was exciting for all of us to see all of this end in such an incredible moment… Lacy of course said yes and so became our newest engaged Bachelor couple.”

Marcus and Lacy appeared on the red carpet at Bachelor Chris Soules’ season premiere last January, telling People that their wedding was still in the planning stages, but they would get married in the summer.

Now fans can see how their planning, with the help of the folks at ABC, paid off in what will undoubtedly be one of the sweeter moments during another dramatic season of Bachelor in Paradise .

Watch the two-night season premiere of Bachelor in Paradise August 2 and 3 starting at 8 p.m. ET.
