For those not aware, some will go home each week on Bachelor In Paradise , and new names will join in on the fun. In Episode 2, there will be six guys remaining from the first week, but three more will enter the fray.
- Christian Bishop (JoJo’s season) – New
- Josh Murray (Andi’s season) – New
- Brandon Andreen – (Desiree’s season) – New
- Evan Bass
- Nick Viall
- Jared Haibon
- Daniel Maguire
- Vinny Venteria
- Grant Kemp
Seven women will remain from Episode 1 and there will be no new additions for the second week.
- Amanda Stanton
- Carly Waddell
- Sarah Herron
- Lace Morris
- Emily and Haley Ferguson
- Izzy Goodkind
- Leah Block
There will be four dates on Episode 2, and that includes all three of the new guys being able to take out some of the girls. Interestingly enough, Brandon ends up having a bit of a gag pulled on him and it actually seems to have worked.
According to Reality Steve , Josh Murray will take out Amanda on one date, and there is going to be a lot more regarding that situation as this season goes on. Another date will see newcomer Christian Bishop taking out Sarah Herron.
Brandon Andreen is also on his first episode of the season and he gets a date with Haley Ferguson, but well, she is a twin. During the middle of the date, her sister Emily comes in to switch places with her and Brandon never seems to notice.
The fourth and final outing goes to Evan Bass who was given a date card and he heads out with Carly Waddell in what turns out to be a make-out fest. Evan joined the cast in late June and has already outlasted Chad yet again as reported by Us Magazine so he’s having a good time so far.
After the four dates, it is time for the rose elimination ceremony which will see the women giving roses to the men this week. There are some shocking happenings in this ceremony, but here they are:
- Sarah gives a rose to Daniel
- Izzy gives a rose to Vinny
- Lace gives a rose to Grant
- Emily gives a rose to Jared
- Haley gives a rose to Nick
- Carly gives a rose to Evan
- Amanda gives a rose to Josh
That leaves both Christian and Brandon without roses so they are going home from Mexico almost immediately after arriving.

The Bachelorette may be ending its run, but Bachelor In Paradise is just beginning and it is a lot wilder than the former. With men and women from former seasons coming together, anything is bound to happen as there is someone for everyone. Chad Johnson saw his time come to an end quickly, but then again, so did Christian Bishop while Evan Bass is flourishing and may have finally found his own true love.
