Anna Moses, a 43-year old Texas mother and employee at The University Of Texas at Dallas, was found dead in her 4 bedroom home in Frisco, Texas, on Wednesday. WFAA is reporting that the woman was discovered dead after coworkers summoned police to do a welfare check on Anna Moses.
Police say that Moses’ coworkers became worried when she did not show up to work on Wednesday, January 14. Immediately, they knew that something had to be wrong. Coworkers say that Anna Moses is a professional and reliable worker who would never miss work without calling.
When law enforcement officials arrived at the home located at 5914 Charleston Dr., around 11 a.m., they found the body of a deceased white female.
The woman was identified as Anna Moses. Frisco police, who are working with the Texas Rangers, have not indicated an exact cause of death. Though they do believe that the death was intentional, and that it was a homicide. Authorities did not give details on the manner of death.
The victim’s car was also missing. Police later recovered her blue Hyundai Sonata only blocks away from her suburban home.
Frisco cops say that theft was not a motive in the killing, and that nothing had been found missing from her home. They do have a very strong lead in the case but declined to go any further.
Anna Moses was an employee of the University Of Texas at Dallas, where she worked as the Assistant Director of Strategic Planning. She had been an employee of the university since 2005. A background check revealed that Anna Moses had been married to Bob Moses, aka Robert Moses, but the couple divorced in 2013. According to the Daily Mail , Anna Moses and her ex husband had an amicable relationship and were dedicated to raising their son. The Russian beauty leaves behind a 20-year old son named Igor.
