Andi Dorfman may have gotten engaged to Josh Murray on the finale of The Bachelorette during the summer, but the couple has actually been engaged five months as filming wrapped in the late spring. The two have been dating secretly as the show was airing, and they managed to keep things to themselves as their romance grew off-camera. Now, the two seem to be in a rush to tie the knot.
Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray have been in New York over the past couple of days to look at wedding dresses for their own wedding. In addition, she was joined by Desiree Hartsock, who presented her very own wedding dress collection. And while some people think that Andi Dorfman and Josh are rushing their wedding date, it sounds like they are just very much in love and can’t wait to get married.
According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report, Andi Dorfman revealed that it would be best to get married sooner rather than later when asked about her plans. The couple had hinted that they wanted to get married one year after getting engaged, which could mean a May wedding, but it sounds like spring would work great for Josh because he tends to sweat when he gets hot.
They “haven’t set a date yet,” but Josh revealed that “spring or summer” is likely though, “not when it’s too hot, though, because I’m a sweater.”
And the two are already starting to plan the wedding in case they get married during the cooler spring months, such as April or late March. But Andi Dorfman wants the perfect dress, so she can plan everything around it.
“The dress is kind of the first step,” Andi Dorfman revealed, adding, “As a woman, everything revolves around the dress. So we’ll pick the theme, we’ll pick the venue, we’ll pick the place, based on the dress, I think.”
According to The Inquisitr , Andi Dorfman is very particular about the dress she wants and she has signed up to do Say Yes to the Dress , so she can get a selection that makes her happy.
And while Andi Dorfman is dealing with her gown, Josh has been sending out some interesting messages on his social media accounts. He recently called Andi Dorfman his “breeder,” which sparked some rumors that they could be planning to have children sooner rather than later. Perhaps this desire to start a family could have something to do with them planning their wedding for next spring.
What do you think of Andi Dorfman’s plans to get married sooner rather than later?
