American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson aired again last night with another shocking episode. The show goes through the story of O.J. Simpson and the journey of his defense during his murder trial. American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson does involve some key players, including Faye Resnick and the Kardashian family, but nobody has really said anything about their portrayals on the show. According to a new Bravo report, American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson is now getting some credit from Khloe Kardashian, but she admits that not everything is 100 percent correct.
Kardashian sat down with James Corden on The Late Late Show with James Corden and he asked her about American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson. While she does have some positive things to say, she admits that the story isn’t completely correct. In fact, she reveals that some things are drummed up — possibly to get the Kardashian family more involved. For those who are unsure of the connection, Khloe’s father, Robert Kardashian, served as one of O.J. Simpson’s defense lawyers. He later passed away from cancer.

“It’s crazy… I’ve seen bits and pieces of the miniseries. I know it’s a phenomenal miniseries. They’ve done a great job. I really appreciate the way they’ve portrayed my father. I’m very grateful for that,” Khloe explained to James, adding, “I haven’t watched it fully — Kimberly has and she raves about it and loves it. But, um, not all the facts are accurate.”
In other words, Khloe hasn’t watched American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson in its entirety, so she may not understand everything that happened. As she explains, she was 10-years-old when everything happened, and she is the youngest of the three sisters. But she does know that O.J. Simpson’s suicide threat didn’t happen in Kim’s room. It was her very own.
“Like when O.J. was contemplating suicide, it was in my room and not Kim’s room. They’re kind of sensationalizing the Kardashian name in it, but I think to bring a younger audience in. I’m not upset about it, but there was some scene of the ‘kids’ chanting ‘Kardashian’ when my dad was reading the potential suicide note. I even called Kim, because I was 10. I said, ‘Did that happen? I don’t remember any of this happening?’ She goes, ‘Absolutely not did that happen!’ ” Khloe explains.
But Khloe does reveal that much of the sensationalization that happens on American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson is very accurate. While she was very young, she does remember that she watched some of the case in her classroom. And people may not have understood Khloe’s connection to the defense team.

“I was 10 and the teachers would close down the classroom. We would all be watching it on TV,” she explains about the trial, adding, “It was so crazy, but I mean, people were really cruel during that time. They used to key ‘guilty’ on my dad’s car when we were at church. It was horrible… They were incredibly mean and cruel.”
On last night’s episode of American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson , Simpson pleaded not guilty, and the producers decided to highlight his not guilty plea — “100 percent not guilty.” According to the AV Club , the episode also introduced Faye Resnick, who wrote a very controversial book about the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson. Faye hasn’t said anything about her involvement in American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson.
What do you think of American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson ? Are you surprised that the Kardashian family fully supports the show?
