Eva Longoria suffered an unfortunate wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet at Cannes . The former Desperate Housewives star wore a beautiful green gown with a high slit on the right side.

Unfortunately, it appeared the dress didn’t allow Longoria to wear underwear. As she was ascending the steps, the reality star held her train up a little too high, exposing her lower half.

Normally, Longoria likely wouldn’t have lifted her dress to ascend the stairs at Cannes. However, the film festival experienced rains that made the entrance rather wet.

Instead of risking the end of her gown being ruined, the former Desperate Housewives star chose to lift her skirt some. Unfortunately, Eva Longoria’s wardrobe malfunction suggests she may have lifted it a little too high.

In photos after the incident, Eva appeared to be laughing before she returned to smiles and cool looks normally seen on the red carpet. The 38-year-old was on her way to attend the premier of Jimmy P. (Psychotherapy Of A Plains Indian) at the time of the incident.

It’s not the first time Eva Longoria has had a wardrobe malfunction this year. The reality star accidentally flashed her breast to photographers at the Golden Globes in January while posing in a rather daring black lace dress. She also accidentally exposed her breast while on the beach in April.

But Eva Longoria isn’t the only star to have a wardrobe malfunction. Anne Hathaway appeared to have issues with her last-minute choice for the Academy Awards this year. Britney Spears was also famously caught without underwear when a photo of her lower half was taken while she stepped out of a limo.

Longoria is currently gearing up to launch a Hulu original series called Mother Up! The series features the star as a business executive trying to adjust to suburban life. She is also in the middle of filming Frontera .

Are you surprised to hear Eva Longoria experienced her second wardrobe malfunction of the year?
