Just a few days ago, Donald Trump won the 2016 presidential election over Hillary Clinton and will take over the office from Barack Obama. Trump, now president-elect, had a long road to get to the White House, and he had the support and help of countless people. While there are many who have been name-dropped and recognized and given credit, there is one name that has been mentioned a lot lately, and not many people realize who she is. We are talking about Kellyanne Conway.
Kellyanne Conway is 49-years-old and has been advising Republicans on how to appeal to female voters for the last 25-30 years. She was even giving that type of advice to Donald Trump before she was hired as his campaign manager on August 17.
It’s quite easy to see that she knows a lot more about the political world than telling Republican candidates how to win the female vote.
Take a bow, @KellyannePolls . First woman to run a successful presidential campaign in U.S. history.

Many are wondering if her time in the political spotlight is now done due to getting Trump elected to office, but it’s far from over. As reported by the Wall Street Journal , Kellyanne Conway has now been offered a White House position.
False. Could it be those “sources” want the WH job I’ve been offered? https://t.co/ZXJGUZm5Zz

She helped run a winning presidential campaign and is about to take a position in the White House. Not only did she help Donald Trump appeal to female voters but also helped him defeat a female candidate in Hillary Clinton. As reported by CNBC , she said that Trump won the “people’s election,” and he is a “game day player who won.”
Still, though…who is Kellyanne Conway?
Kellyanne Conway graduated magna cum laude from Trinity College in Washington, D.C., with a degree in political science. From there, she studied at Oxford University and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa as she went on to earn a law degree with honors from George Washington University Law Center.
As revealed by Heavy , Kellyanne Conway (formerly Kellyanne Fitzpatrick) is married to George T. Conway and has been since 2001. Together, they have four children and appear to be perfectly happy in life. George is a litigation partner at a law firm, and they appear to really like baseball.

Newsweek reported that she was raised in a house full of women , so it shouldn’t be entirely surprising that she works to get her candidates the female vote. Conway said that she grew up in a house filled with “four Italian Catholic women” including her mom, her grandmother, and two of her unmarried aunts.
Believe it or not, Conway worked for one of Trump’s Republican opponents before joining the future president-elect’s campaign. She originally worked on the campaign of Ted Cruz and even donated a lot of money his way, but obviously, things didn’t quite work out.
Well, they didn’t work out for or with Ted Cruz, but she had things work out with her most recent position in Trump’s camp.
Conway also worked for a number of other political figures in the Republican Party, including Dan Quayle, Lee Zeldin, Steve King, Jack Kemp, Marsha Blackburn, Newt Gingrich, and now Vice-President-elect Mike Pence.
The Week pointed out an interesting little fact that might surprise some people, and it is that Conway was Donald Trump’s third campaign manager during his presidential run. That might be true, but she proved to be the best one, and the third time was a charm.
Her experience, knowledge, know-how, and push really contributed in this election and how it ended up.
She might have only been his campaign manager for a few months, but Kellyanne Conway is the first woman to ever run a Republican presidential campaign. Not only that, but she ran one that got her candidate into the White House. Donald Trump is the President-elect of the United States, and there are many supporters, backers, and assistants he could thank, but Kellyanne Conway should really get the majority of the praise.
