Obamacare exchanges are beginning to market the health insurance packages provided through the Affordable Care Act.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr , an Obamacare hiring freeze is causing small businesses to either downsize or cut hours . The only good news is that the US government is spending a lot money setting up the Obamacare exchanges, which is also creating tens of thousands of jobs.
Although Obamacare starts in 2014 , the majority of Americans don’t yet know the Obamacare exchange enrollment begins on October 1 of this year. In 2014, all Americans must have health insurance or they will face annual penalties of $95 or 1 percent of family income (whichever is greater). These Obamacare tax penalties are planned to rise over time.
The Obamacare subsidies required under the Affordable Care Act’s state exchanges are likely to catch many families by surprise. If citizens who fill out the Affordable Care Act subsidies packet to reduce the cost of healthcare next year do not do so accurately, they could wind up owing Obamacare taxes.
It’s estimated that 78 percent of Americans who are currently uninsured do not even know about the Obamacare state health insurance exchanges . Although employees who are under 30 hours will not receive help from their employers, they will still be required to get health insurance. But most of these part-time workers don’t know about the government premium subsidies which offer help to those making less than $45,960, or $94,200 for a family of four. So many community organizations, some of which used to be political supports groups for President Obama during the 2012 election, will be knocking on doors and trying to inform the public about the Affordable Care Act through their marketing efforts .
