Dina Lohan was arrested last night in Long Island for a DUI.
Dina, Lindsay Lohan’s 50-year-old mother, was pulled over last night after she was allegedly clocked driving at 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. Dina appeared intoxicated so police gave her a breathalyzer test.
According to TMZ , Dina had a.20 blood alcohol level which is more than twice the legal limit.
Dina Lohan reportedly tried to get out of the arrest by saying that one of the officers injured her.
An official said that “Lohan made an allegation that she was injured during the course of the arrest” but after medical personnel responded to the scene Dina “recanted her claim.”
Lohan was taken to the station where she was booked for driving under the influence and for speeding. She took a mugshot and was then released to a third party. Blog Zap 2 It reports that Lindsay Lohan was not the person who picked up Dina from the police station.
Dina will appear back in court later this month to deal with her DUI.
