Is Rihanna’s recent breakup with Drake turning nasty?
After Rihanna and Drake broke up last month, reports are now suggesting that their once close relationship could now be turning sour.
According to reports, Rihanna could now be looking to take aim at Drake in a new diss track, and she could even be teaming up with one of the rapper’s notorious feud partners to do so as rumors continue to swirl regarding her relationship with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown.
Hollywood Life is alleging that Rihanna is looking to team up with Meek Mill for what could potentially be a pretty scathing diss track aimed at Drake, who has a long history with both Rihanna and Mill.
An inside source alleged to the site that Rihanna “definitely wants to put things in action” with Meek and is now hoping “she can get some studio time with him and brainstorm on a collaboration” that has the potential to be a Drake diss track amid claims that Drake is looking to start dating Meek’s girlfriend of two years, Nicki Minaj, following his and Rihanna’s breakup.
But it’s not just Meek Mill who Rihanna could potentially be teaming up with after her split with Drake.
Rumors are also swirling that Rihanna’s ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, who has also been locked in a nasty feud with Drake, has allegedly been telling friends that he’s hoping to win back Rihanna now that she’s once again a single woman.
Hollywood Life recently claimed that Chris admitted that he thinks it’s “just a matter of time” until he and Rihanna get back together and start dating again now that they’re both single.
“At the end of the day, Chris knows he’s still on Rihanna’s mind,” the site revealed of Brown’s alleged plans to get back to dating Rihanna again after her breakup with Drake.
“He still loves her dearly,” continued the site’s insider of Brown. “Chris doesn’t believe for a second that romance and intimate relationship with Rihanna is over for good. It’s just a matter of time.”
But while Brown is allegedly looking to begin dating his former girlfriend again, Rihanna has reportedly been making it clear that she has no plans to get back together with Chris, allegedly referring to their 2013 reconciliation as a “mistake.”
Rihanna is yet to comment on the latest round of swirling rumors, though she appeared to make it pretty clear where she stands with Drake in the wake of their breakup after she was noticeably absent from the rapper’s 30th birthday party on October 24.
Rihanna did not attend Drake’s big birthday bash, despite sources close to the former couple revealed that Drake did extend an invitation to his former girlfriend, as Rihanna supposedly opted not to attend because she’s still “mad” at Drake following their recent breakup.
“[Rihanna’s] still mad at [Drake] for many reasons,” a source told the site of why the “Diamonds” singer was absent, alleging that Rihanna is still upset with her former boyfriend “because he’s such jerk who won’t commit and wants everything his way.”
“[Rihanna] feels salty about how s*** went down in their relationship,” added the source of the twosome’s posting dating relationship.
But as rumors swirl that the Rihanna and Drake haven’t exactly been seeing eye to eye after they called off their dating life in October, an insider did reveal that the twosome have spoken since they split and “are talking.”
E! News first confirmed that Rihanna and Drake had officially split in October, revealing that the former couple, who were reportedly dating exclusively for several months after reconciling their romance earlier this year, are now dating other people.
“Rihanna and Drake are seeing other people at the moment,” a source confirmed of Rihanna and Drake’s recent breakup . “They are not exclusive anymore. They still love each other, but their schedules have gotten in the way.”
What do you think of reports suggesting that Rihanna and Drake’s breakup has turned nasty? Would you like to see Rihanna team up with Meek Mill for a diss track and start dating Chris Brown again?
