Kate Upton has appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated (twice), GQ and Esquire but she’s never landed on the cover of Vogue . Well, at least in the United States.

The NY Daily News reports that the beautiful model has appeared on the cover of Vogue twice overseas but she’s never been on the cover of the magazine in the United States.

In this month’s issue, which hits newsstands on May 21, Upton talks about her natural breasts, the power of social media, and her acting goals for the future.

Upton says :

“They’re natural! I can work out and I can stay healthy and motivated, but I can’t change some things. I really just live my life. I love my body. It’s what God gave me! I feel confident with myself, and if that inspires other women to feel confident with their bodies, great.”

Upton told the magazine that she’s occasionally been criticized for her curvy figure. The model, of course, isn’t bothered by the comments and says that she’s embraced her beautiful body.

Upton said:

“The things that they’re rejecting are things that I can’t change. I can’t change my bra size.”

Upton has a pretty successful modeling career (she recently became the first model to cover the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition for two consecutive years) but she isn’t quite satisfied with simply posing for the camera. Upton wants to start her own lingerie line and do a little more acting.

Upton said: “I never set out to be on the runway … Acting I’m very interested in … I would love to have my own lingerie line … I’m American—more is more!”

Are you a fan of Kate Upton? The model has landed on several magazine covers and is constantly being interviewed. But Upton says that if her fans really want to get to know her they should follow her on Twitter.

Upton said: “It’s just me sharing my life, I like it if it’s authentic and in the moment and happening … Growing up, I didn’t buy the magazines that had models on the covers, because I didn’t know them. So I think it kind of gives me, as a model, a personality that people can connect with.”
