Two Player Tetris Table Gives You A Reason To Hate Your Friends

Since the first version of Tetris has arrived I’ve had a love/hate relationship with the puzzler. On the one hand I love the simple, yet challenging strategy it requires, on the other hand I hate getting 5 straight lines in a row when all I need is a “T” shape. Now thanks to the two player Tetris table I can curse at an actual person over my pieces rather than an inanimate gaming god.

The premise is simple, the player sits at one end of the table and used the huge controls to move pieces around, just like they would in a regular game of Tetris, the other person acts as the Tetris piece master, choosing which pieces to throw down the table at any given time.

Very cool concept, we just wish the screen would take up the whole table, as it stands the long board seems like a waste of space which could have made it much more portable friendly. [Gizmodo]
