The Dwayne Johnson diet will definitely rock your world and not just because I never walk past an easy pun. If you’ve been wondering how the former WWE wrestler The Rock maintains his girlish figure, wonder no more. On Monday, he tweeted the details, including photos, of the amazing 22 week diet he’s currently undergoing for his starring role for Hercules: The Thracian Wars .
On the Dwayne Johnson diet, you eat seven meals a day, except that they’re all something like “Meal 5: 8 ounces halibut, 1.5 cups white rice, 1 cup asparagus.”
I don’t know about you, but I hate halibut. And why does the rice have to be white?
No wonder they pay him the big bucks. Dwayne Johnson earns it.
Check out those tweets and then run the numbers. That’s 5-1/2 cups of rice, 1 pound of chicken, 1 pound of halibut (ugh again!), 14 egg whites, and over 1 pound of something called filet, which I hope is beef. Otherwise, just shoot me now.
It’s obviously working, but I just don’t know if it’s worth it. The fans are admittedly impressed. Some twitter users are so flabbergasted that they can only offer one word reactions like “machine” and “damn.”
One observer said simply, “The discipline you have for maintaining that diet for 22 weeks is staggering.”
I’ll say. I call it a diet if I skip breakfast.
But I’m glad to hear that the lion blood is optional, as that particular ingredient could get a little pricey in this degenerate modern age.

So what do you think? Is there any way on earth that you could stick to Dwayne Johnson’s diet?
