‘The Walking Dead’ Spoilers: New Theory Claims Shocking Surprise In Season 7

The Walking Dead Season 7 may not premiere until October, but that’s not stopping fans from exploring every possible option to figure out that shocking Season 6 cliffhanger.

According to Movie News Guide , a brand new Walking Dead Season 7 theory may reveal who Negan actually killed, and it’s someone that nobody would see coming.

The report claims that the latest Walking Dead fan theory speculates that Glenn, Daryl, Rick, Abraham, Michonne, Maggie, and the entire gang may have actually lived through Negan’s brutal beating, but if that is so, then who did Negan kill?

The theory, which has not been confirmed in any way, reveals that instead of killing a member of Rick’s group, Negan may have actually killed one of his own men, but why? It could be that Negan thinks that by killing one of his own men, he’s sending a huge message to Rick and his group that he’s not afraid to kill anyone at anytime.

However, if it was revealed during The Walking Dead Season 7 that Negan killed one of his own men, a character that fans care nothing about, then viewers would most likely be outraged by the shocking twist. Of course, fans would be happy to see that all of their beloved and favorite characters were still alive, but not having Negan kill a member of Rick’s group would see the series lose credibility.

The Walking Dead has always claimed that no one is safe from being killed off the show, but no major characters have died since the deaths of Beth, Tyreese, and Noah. It does seem like it is time for a shocking and heartbreaking death even if that means fans lose one of their favorite characters.

In the comic book series, it is Glenn Rhee who Negan kills, and it shakes up the entire group, especially Glenn’s wife, Maggie. However, the TV show is known for switching up the comic book deaths, so really anyone is at risk at any time.

While many still believe that Glenn will receive his comic book death on the TV series, others think that another character such as Michonne, Daryl, Maggie, or Abraham will be killed off when Season 7 rolls around.

Killing Glenn would definitely leave an impact on the fans as well as the other characters, but the death of Daryl could be just as heartbreaking. Since the character of Daryl does not appear in Robert Kirkman’s comic book series, he’s a total wildcard, which means basically anything could happen to him, and fans would have nothing to compare it to.

Meanwhile, another popular Walking Dead Season 7 theory is that Abraham will be Negan’s victim. During the Season 6 finale, Abraham had a very emotional episode. Not only did Abe finally make peace with his best friend, Eugene, but he also shared a sweet moment with girlfriend Sasha as the two planned for their future, hoping for a life like Glenn and Maggie’s someday.

Another big reason why Walking Dead fans are exactly buying into the theory that Negan won’t kill anyone from Rick’s group is because Robert Kirkman himself revealed on The Talking Dead that Negan has killed a beloved character. No one from Negan’s group is beloved to viewers, so this theory doesn’t make sense from that standpoint.

As the Negan victim theories continue to roll in, the show has reportedly already filmed the conclusion to the big Season 6 finale and have been shooting the rest of Season 7 in Georgia as usual.

As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Norman Reedus and Steven Yeun, who play Daryl and Glenn on the show, were recently headed to set together when they saw a car accident. The actors stopped to make sure everyone was okay, and photos of the two were taken at the scene. It is these photos that has now given Walking Dead fans hope that both Daryl and Glenn make it through Season 7 alive.
