Ever since the Season 1 finale of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills , where Adrienne Maloof found herself trapped in a limo between Kim Richards and Kyle Richards while they bickered back and forth, Maloof has always been caught in the middle of whatever the duo was fighting about.
With Adrienne returning to the show this past week, she made comments about how she personally feels about the relationship between Kyle and Kim Richards, says Reality Tea.
“There is a long history that only the two of them really understand, and with that said, it’s an always evolving process,” says Adrienne, who remains hopeful that the duo can repair their relationship and find peace. “My advice to Kyle is this is WORK, and there are no shortcuts,” suggests Adrienne. “I do believe that, however, it’s going to take intense therapy, tools to cope with their emotions, and having a clear understanding of how they intend to move forward.”
Along with the advice, Adrienne is also being encouraging to the sisters by telling them that the work they put into fixing their relationship is well worth it because family is everything.
For Adrienne Maloof, her advice is something that she herself has had to follow. The reality star knows a thing or two about relationship problems and the rebuilding process. And because of this experience, states Star Pulse , Adrienne wants to be a support system for the two sisters, believing that her own troubles, mainly those surrounding a custody battle with ex-husband Paul Nassif, can aid in Kyle and Kim sorting out their issues.
“In co-parenting I have learned the importance of how to pick your battles and choose the issues you really believe in to state your point. At the end of the day, most issues are not worth putting unnecessary pressure on your relationship and children. Therapy for us has been a great mediator and probably the single most important tool to help navigate through our always evolving issues,” Adrienne explained about her ongoing issues with Paul Nassif.
Radar Online reports that some of those issues include Nassif being accused of child abuse. According to reports, Adrienne has formally been interviewed by child protective services as part of an ongoing investigation against her ex-husband.
“Social workers asked how the kids were doing, and other routine questions that are commonly asked. Adrienne’s primary concern is the kids and their well-being. Period,” a source told Radar Online .
The former couple have three kids together, Gavin, 12, and twin sons, Colin and Christian, 6.
The abuse scandal first started when Nassif’s ex-bodyguard, Kevin Villalobos, wrote this in his letter of resignation, “I could not silently stand by while you hit and injured your children in angry outbursts.”
Although Nassif sued Villalobos for defamation over the claims made in the letter, an investigation against Nassif was still launched. Despite the investigation, insiders say the Nassif is fully cooperating with authorities, and he has nothing to hide. The insiders also believe that the case is likely to get dismissed.
While child abuse claims seem unforgivable, Adrienne seems to look past the claims and told Kyle Richards that she and Nassif are currently working together on a brand new skincare line, an idea the couple shared when they were still married. Since being able to coexist peacefully with Nassif has made Adrienne feel better, she wants the same thing to take place between Kyle and Kim.
