Have you ever went to work with a personal trainer and have been intimidated by the way your trainer looks? This is something that is going to change for a lot of people on the show Fit to Fat to Fit .

On the new show Fit to Fat to Fit on A&E, the trainers who are going to work with overweight clients are actually going to gain the same amount of body fat as their clients so that they may lose the weight with them and know the struggles they are going through.

This a great weight loss idea because it will make the clients more comfortable when they work out, and they’ll have a partner beside them to encourage them as they lose the weight. After successfully gaining the weight to match their clients, the challenging part is how to lose it.

The 10 trainers all have a different plan to get the weight off after gaining it. Below are the different strategies of the trainers that will be on the show and how they plan to proceed.

JJ Peterson says he’s never hungry and he’s never full. He just constantly feeds his body what it needs. He says this plan helps with digestion and absorption. According to Peterson, it also helps eliminate the peaks and valleys of energy or loss of energy that we all experience from day to day.

Katie Mack’s advice: If you’re feeling unmotivated, follow your feet. Walk into a gym, go for a run, or join a workout class. Once you’re there, you might as well join in and work out. She says to start off doing what you can do, and then slowly challenge yourself to do more. According to Katie, if you can do 10 squats, that’s awesome, but then challenge yourself to do two more.

Corey Taylor says that the best fitness equipment you have is your body. He suggests that you put together a circuit of body weight exercises, such as jumping jacks, high knees, leg lifts, and squats, for 15 minutes in the morning. He says this seems simple, but it’s highly effective. His best advice is to ditch the equipment and be your own tool.

Fallon Mercedes’ advice is to always log your food. According to Fallon, sometimes we don’t realize how much we eat until we see it in black and white in front of us. Food journals keep us in check by making us realize that even the little things we eat matter.

Seth Kaufmann recommends eating a protein with every meal for effective weight loss. He says it changes how your body metabolizes all the food that we consume, it keeps our energy levels up throughout the day, and it satisfies our hunger.

Steve Pfiester says you can’t compete with what you eat. His advice is not to rely solely on exercise for weight loss. He says the best way to lose weight is to restrict calories. The best way to get in shape is to workout.

According to Tramell Smith, the most effective workout is a deadlift session. He says it’s the most bang for your buck exercise, and almost anyone can do them. Tramell says total body compound movement is the most effective at building muscle and burning fat.

These trainers all have a different idea of how to help their clients on this new show.

JJ Petersen says he is doing this show because he feels the need to help people. He also says this is probably going to be hard for him to do.

These trainers are going to backtrack on their fitness so they will be able to help other unhealthy people change their lifestyle, lose weight, and feel better.

On some of the previews for the show, the clients are excited that their trainers are going to get to experience their struggles with weight loss and getting fit and excited that they are going to help them succeed by joining them.

The show is set to premiere on January 19 at 10 p.m. on A&E.

Do you think this new show will be a hit? Will the strategies of these trainers work?
