When it comes to K-dramas in November, it was surely a month that featured the ending of one phenomenal drama and the beginning of another. Focusing on the former part of that statement, She Was Pretty ended on a very high note with a 14.5 percent viewership average for Seoul and a 13 percent viewership average for South Korea. As for the latter part of the statement, Oh My Venus is on its way to becoming the next big K-drama after She Was Pretty . It already achieved double-digit ratings by its fourth episode.

The aforementioned K-drama are the ones that stood out, mostly because they are doing so well not just on their respective stations in Korea, but also on Viki and DramaFever . However, with certain K-dramas ending soon, some are wondering what December has in store for fans. Thankfully, there is a new batch of K-dramas ready for viewing this coming month and thanks to Steph of HallyuBack , the following K-dramas are the ones to really look forward to . Believe it or not, most of them are not traditional K-dramas from a big broadcasting company like the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS), Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS), Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation (MBC), or the like. Most of the anticipated K-dramas for December are web dramas, especially the two mentioned below by NAVER.

The first web drama is High-End Crush . Also known as The Greatest One-Sided Love No One Has Ever Seen Before , this drama stars Jung Il Woo ( My Fair Lady , Flower Boy Ramen Shop ) and Jin Se Yun ( Doctor Stranger , Bridal Mask ).

From what is known, this K-drama is being tagged as a “heartfelt and pure love story.” Choi Se Hoon (Jung Il Woo) is a man who lives with everything in his hands. He, however, falls in love for the first time with a woman, Yoo Yi Ryung (Jin Se Yun). The concept of “opposites attract” is utilized as Yi Ryung lives a life totally opposite of Se Hoon.

Other actors filling out the support cast includes Yoo Bo Ra, Lee Shi Eun, Jung Sang Hoon, and Moon Se Yoon. High-End Crush is a web drama and will air on both NAVER tvcast and Sohu. It is believed to be 20 episodes long, with each episode lasting about 15 minutes.

The second web drama is Eating Existence . The main cast features Ahn Young Mi ( The Family Is Coming , Reply 1997 ) and Noh Min Woo ( My Unfortunate Boyfriend , God’s Gift ).

Eating Existence is a comedy about the Sampo Generation, a generation of people in their twenties living in South Korea similar to Millennials in the United States or the Satori Generation in Japan. They have given up courtship, marriage, and childbirth due to social pressures, economical problems (rocketing prices), tuition, housing prices, and many other issues in South Korea today. Anyways, Ahn Young Mi plays Yoo Yang and Noh Min Woo plays Park Byeong, two people who are part of this generation as it shows their dreams, love, and struggles.

This K-drama is another web series airs on the NAVER tvcast on Thursdays at 11 p.m. KST. It is expected to last ten episodes.

Because the aforementioned two K-dramas are web dramas, it is unknown if they will air on DramaFever or Viki. However, it might air because Secret Message , starring T.O.P. and Juri Ueno, is a web drama and it is airing on DramaFever. At this moment, however, it isn’t concrete if High-End Crush and Eating Existence will also be aired on the streaming site too.
