RHONJ Season Seven is still many months away from airing on Bravo. Although fans recently watched as Teresa Giudice checked in during the three-part series spinoff, The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In , a new report claims the RHONJ Season Seven cast hasn’t yet been established.

“Nobody has a contract yet,” an insider told Radar Online of RHONJ Season Seven on November 10. “Not even Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, nor Jacqueline Laurita — no one has one yet.”
As fans of the show will recall, Giudice was sentenced to a 15-month prison term in 2014 due to her and her husband’s crimes of bank and wire fraud. During the same hearing, Giudice’s husband, Joe, received a 41-month sentence. However, due to the couple’s four children, Giudice and Joe were able to serve their time separately, with Giudice beginning her term in January of this year, and Joe scheduled to turn himself in early next year, following her December 23 release from the Federal Correctional Facility in Danbury, Connecticut.
Meanwhile, as Radar Online explained, filming on RHONJ Season Seven has been delayed until sometime around Giudice’s release, and because of this, many of her co-stars are “growing restless” about RHONJ Season Seven. In fact, earlier this week, Amber Marchese’s husband participated in an interview in which he blasted Bravo for working around Giudice’s crimes.
“It is BS that the entire cast, especially my wife, had their filming put on hold because Tre and Joe committed several felonies and [Teresa is] sitting in jail,” Marchese’s husband Jim told Radar Online earlier this week.

One day later, Marchese officially announced , via Perez Hilton , that she would not be participating in RHONJ Season Seven.
“Jim and I have been giving Real Housewives or New Jersey a lot of thought and given the current state of affairs regarding our personal lives and the direction of the show, we officially decided to move on. The show was not what we expected it to be, and I want to pursue more suitable endeavors… I only met with Teresa Guidice and Dina Manzo for filming purposes. I never built a friendship with them as we were nothing more than co-workers. I wish them all well and the best of luck, although, my husband does not share my sentiments.”
As for who will be returning to RHONJ Season Seven, Radar Online’s source explained, “Melissa, Teresa, Jacqueline are the only ones definitely getting them so far,” which leaves the twins, Teresa Aprea and Nicole Napolitano, unconfirmed.
“Kim DePaola has been talking to the head producer. They want Kim on.”
As fans await RHONJ Season Seven, Giudice continues to serve her 15-month sentence, and at home, Joe continues to care for their daughters. And although Joe will enter prison a short while after her release, fans will likely see him on RHONJ Season Seven, as he will be home for weeks during production.
Thought RHONJ Season Seven, fans will likely watch as the Giudices prepare for Joe’s prison stint, and all the while, Giudice will likely be on house arrest for some time. While that hasn’t yet been confirmed by her attorney, it is certainly possibly that Giudice will be restricted to her New Jersey home as she and the women film for the hit series’ upcoming seventh season, which will likely air sometime next year.
RHONJ Season Seven has yet to be officially confirmed by Bravo.
